Had trouble with the tv 2 out of our 3 nights. only 3 bath towels for the 2 of us for 3 nights. No broom in the room for sand.

Needs a new bed! They should probably change the drip pans on the stove, they were really dirty. Replace the pedestal bath sink with a cabinet sink for counter space. Add a comfortable chair in the room.

Kitchen sink-no water Shower- faucets leaked so badly that the shower head had very poor output. Tiny shower.

The location of the Pass-A-Grill Condominiums is truly amazing! And I did like the upper deck with the chairs and tables to sit and watch the ocean and the amazing sunsets!

This particular unit was not nice. It was very outdated with missing tiles, horrible shower and an uncomfortable bed. The bed is a Murphy Bed and the mattress is hard with flat pillows. The drain in the bathroom was rusty, the water was hard to turn off and still dripped most of the time. While using the shower the amount of water coming out of the faucets was great - you got hit by very hot water spewing from the knobs and the shower is so small you cannot escape it. They listed the price of the unit in the mid $700 range for my stay and with taxes, cleaning and an added (non-refundable) $20/day for "extras" it ended up being $1147!!! I feel it was a wrongful advertisement when adding $20 daily!!! I personally would not rent this unit again, but there were many in the condo area that were very updated and nice. Unit #4 was not.
