Great view, comfortable and clean bedding.

A long hike to the beach since construction wouldn’t allow beach access, no beach supplies such as umbrella or beach chairs, and so hot and humid inside with zero fans in the entire apartment.

I liked that it was not super expensive and access to the brach at least was not far from where we were. The place itself was very nice and well kept and there were a variety of family games to play. The kitchen was also well stocked with necessary utensils and pans to cook for the family.

Upon arrival the floor of the entire place was dirty. There was sand all over the floors like they had not been cleaned in a long time. There was a severe lack of towels both for the beach and to shower for the 6 people that I had booked for they provided 3 bath towels and 3 beach towels. The pool was closed which was not disclosed upon renting like the closed beach access was. We also ran out of toilet paper....there was only one extra roll. For all the rules that the homeowner had regarding the temperature in the house and how to dehumidify the bathroom, I would have expected a much cleaner place stocked with what is needed for a family on a beach vacation, specifically since they were aware that there were going to be 6 of us there. Oh yes, don't let me forget......they advertise the place like it can sleep 6 people - there are 2 hide a beds in the living room however because of the way that the furniture is set up you can only actually use one of them because the house rules stated we could incur a $250/$500 fine if we moved the furniture at all. I feel like there were cameras in the place. Overall it was ok but I was very upset about the lack of towels, dirty floor, rules that stopped us from using all the sleeping arrangements that they advertise and the lack of advertisement of the pool being out (I would not have rented here had I been aware of that.)

Construction we were not told about No pool but advertised a pool No beach access Reservation was at 6pm. Rental company did not give us lobby door key code until almost 7pm. We had to wait in the parking lot for almost an hour.

The beds were amazing! Very home away from home.

The only one key was inconvenient. We also got woke up at 7am and then til 9am to loud construction which I didn’t know about until the night before. The website also said there was beach access which there wasn’t. Also a crazy amount of rules we didn’t find out about til the day before and then more once we got into the room.

Loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the view. Everything was well maintained and felt luxurious. Great view of the ocean. We live locally and like that it was far from the tourist area. Beaches were not packed.lots of seashells to pick and friendly local people.

Maybe a little info on how to work the tv remote. I know that there is a major renovation underway but afterwards make some of the signs for reserved parking spaces more noticable.

Wasn’t aware until after booking that I would experience 8am construction and beach access closed ….

we love the location, it was very clean, the rooms were set up very nice. Overall, we had a great stay. 

when we booked it didn’t say anything about there being construction. And we had three small children who were looking forward to playing in the pool. So until we arrived, we didn’t know there wasn’t going to be a pool. Also, we had three children and it was hard to get them back-and-forth to the beach. Which is why we picked this location is because we would be on the beach. But because of all the construction you couldn’t get to the beach from the property.

Booking.com bombarded me with emails about security deposit even after i paid property manager was a little rude about our parking even tho we were parked like that due to another vehicles parking skills

It said it was a hundred yards from apartment to get to beach and it was 4 blocks and had to drive and parking lot was always full. Also said pool was open and it was not. Very loud construction early morning. Still waiting for compensation. We left after 3 days Very unhappy. Still says POOL is OPEN on Booking.com.

nothing honestly, I had problems when I first got there

my car almost got towed 3 times and I only stayed for one night, almost all of the pillows had bleed on them , dishes were dirty when we got there , no towels, I had to go buy some

The private beach was closed due to construction, this was why we chose this location and we weren’t aware until after the booking that it was not available. We were able to drive a short distance to the beach, so not a total loss.

EVERYTHING, except the construction. But still very doable! Apartment was very clean, beds were amazing, towels were fluffy and white. Views were the best.

The construction. However, it did not stop us from enjoying the apartment.

First of all, parking was a nightmare, too many construction employees took up many spots. I checked in on a Friday and lots of noise from hammering to wood cutting which was being done right next door and in hallway. The pool picture is not accurate, it was inop with black rain water and some plastic floating in it. Then there was big broken concrete next to huge black sand bags and dead palm trees you had to look past for the ocean view. Walking to the beach is not out front but on the side. It looked too dangerous to even try so we didnt. The 2 bathrooms had black hair on floor and on toilet. I messaged the "Team" as they referred themselves and they said they would address it with the cleaning crew. Well, I picked it up because I didn't want my mother to see it. They have strict rules as to what you can't do if you want your $250 deposit back (they will give you instructions after you book). I was told to take my trash out and run the dishwasher before I left. We paid a cleaning fee, didnt realize I had to clean also. Just very disappointed and I recommend waiting to book after the construction is done. They said 1 year from September 2021 and I think maybe another 9 mos which would be September 2023.

I want to clarify that inside the apartment it was great. what we did not like was that they hid information from us. They told me that I didn't have hot water and I said ok and that's why they were fixing it and there was construction of some things but they never specified me making it look like nothing was happening they also told me about access to the sea it was blocked due to lack of a ladder which was true, but great details that were never mentioned that was my discontent and total disappointment. they never mentioned that the pool was closed AND that there was no access to the balcony with sea view because it had no railings and those two details were the ones that damaged our vacation because we were going to enjoy the sea view and the pool we were cheated on, what a pity. it was a total disappointment they also told us that they would give a refund of money and indeed they did but surprise they returned 100. according to them that cost the pool, the balcony and the hot water when those three things were everything without counting that the building was in total remodeling To sum it all up, we paid to go wax in an apartment in the middle of rubble.

Very nice, clean and the owner was very helpful.

The property was under construction and we had no hot water. This was in the fine print under other important information but we did not see it until we questioned it and the owner told us it was there. Once the building renovations are completed it will be a very nice place to stay.

The apartment was perfect but with construction being done on complex it was difficult to enjoy. I also had no hot water during my stay.

no balcony, swimming pool was unavailable due to construction. a water pipe burst outside my room around midnight. workers came about 1:30am and talked and talked. water pipe was not shut off for another few hours. windows and sliders to balcony did not lock. a little scary especially when you have construction scaffolding on your balcony. I didn’t sleep well.

The unit was beautiful and clean with plenty of room everything you could use on a trip like that but...

There was no hot water and we chose this rental due to 4 factors it needed 3 beds, a balcony, pool and beach access it had 3 beds but the balcony and pool were under Construction and unusable also the beach had big rocks in the water so wasn't even a swimming area so only had 1 of 4 things that we required and wasn't informed about any of it before booking, the hot water not working was a big downside

Beautiful ocean view. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds.

Although unavoidable, the remodeling of the building initially made us feel uneasy when we 1st arrived, but the condo itself was comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The bathrooms could have had more bath towels to accommodate 6 guests. Hall bathroom shower curtain rod desperately needs replacing (rust build up that gets on anything that touches it), as well as the towel holder on the wall (rod kept falling off the wall). Kitchen could have used items like foil/plastic wrap/large plastic storage bags for leftover meals.

Everything about this condo was truly incredible. I was extremely impressed with the care the owner took at maintaining her property. It was clean, decorated tastefully, comfortable, and there was one detail left uncared for. The beds were heavenly, the view was gorgeous, and she added extra little things to make her guests comfortable. Best vacation stay I have ever had.
