We were only upset about not having a pool at condo . The pics and description we read showes a pool and becah access . But neither were available at that hotel . I just feel like the advertisement was deceitful . Only because we have a 7 year old so pool and easy shorter walks are rough . So thats why we booked that place

Morning sunrises we’re breathtaking and property is close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The property is under construction but we were aware of that in advance and the price definitely reflected it. Comfortable sleeping and great location. My only complaint is parking but that is only due to the construction. We were always able to find a spot. Great hosts

The property was immaculate, nicely decorated and conveniently located near local family, however the property was undergoing massive renovation the entire length of our month’s stay and we were not told of this prior to our arrival, not when we booked the rental! In addition we did not have the use of an insight laundry and had to leave the property to launder our clothes. There was limited elevator service as well.

The property was as described in the ad, we liked the way the inside was laid out. The property needs to improve their Laundry Facilities. The construction was somewhat of a nuisance, but no big problem. The Hosts, Allen & Deanne were very prompt and courteous when handling our issues.

This property is older looking but very nice and they are remodeling outside. The inside of condo is beautiful again it could use updating, but very nicely decorated. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. You can hear the ocean from bedrooms even without opeing the window. Which is really nice. The beach is amazing. Loved to watch the ocean from the balcony. The owners are very quick with any questions and very attentive with anything you need. Will stay here again. Close to lots of places to see. Very nice location and reasonable in price too.

Good wifi, pool, great views of ocean and well equipped with everything you need! Very responsive and easy to communicate with host! We are so grateful and would love to visit again!

When you drive up, you’ll notice the outside doesn’t look so promising, but don’t get discouraged! The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked - all the way! There was even a rolling pin in the closet. Every window has view of the ocean. The pool is small but always clean. The beach is really that close. The host has beach chairs and umbrellas for use. The host responds pretty quickly and were nice. Overall it was a good experience for us. We had 5 people - 2 adults, 2 11-year-olds, and a 2-year-old - and we had plenty of space for all of us. We came down for the USSSA Elite World Series and never drove more than 20 minutes to the stadium. It’s a little over an hour from the Orlando airport, if traffic is nice. You won’t regret staying here!

We have stayed in many places but none felt as much like home as this place. It was incredibly well stocked. The view was absolute perfection. We can't wait to come back.

The building itself is quite dated and doesn't provide a great first impression, however, when you arrive in the actual condo you will be pleasantly surprised. Condo was fantastic, well decorated, comfortable, everything you need to enjoy some time at the beach. Truly felt like home away from home with lots of nice little touches for the guests. Ocean view was fantastic, as advertised. Pool was also nice. A couple of things about the beach is there were a lot of rocks close to shore during low tide and during higher tide in the afternoon the ocean was up almost to the retaining wall. Be sure to position any beach items you are leaving like chairs, umbrella, etc. as close to the wall as possible to avoid losing anything to the ocean. Saw lots of dolphins from the balcony during out stay. We had a great time, would definitely stay here again.

Its an older building, but the unit is very nice. Well-stocked and maintained, and the view is incredible. The screened in porch is very nice! The location is great, out of the bustle of downtown but close to groceries, food, and attractions. You can walk out the back door of the building onto the pool deck, and then onto the beach. The owners are very nice people, and will help out with anything you need. Two things, both showers are tub/shower units, so if you have any mobility issues, that may be a factor, and the furniture in the pictures is not exactly what is actually in the unit, but it is all nice and comfortable. If you like to relax with a movie, they carry several streaming services as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great stay. Short drive to Cocoa Beach pier where the girls had surf lessons and we had some great food.

This location is away from all the hubbub of city life and has everything you might want to enjoy. Facility is old but friendly and safe. The unit was very well decorated and provided everything you might need. Owners were extremely supportive of anything we requested.

Great place!

What you see in the pictures is what you get. It is well laid out, clean, and very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen is well stocked. The access to the beach and pool area is extremely easy. The condo has it all! And as an added bonus, it was decorated for the holiday season, complete with Christmas tree.

The condo is perfect with the screened in balcony and being right on the beach! Everything we needed was supplied, except food of course! Condo was clean, nice Plaza across the street and everything else was a short drive. Thanks so much, don't want to leave!

We absolutely loved our long weekend at this property. The condo was very comfy, roomy, and the view was amazing! The location is right near everything you would need for a family. Great places to eat, excellent beach access, pool, and close to Cocoa Beach with all the fun touristy things to do. Our teen boys loved the ping pong table! Excellent place and we have decided this is our East Coast favorite place to stay! We will be back!

This was a great place to stay! The view of the ocean is incredible and the condo feels like home.

The condo was great and there were plenty of places to eat nearby if you wanted to go out. The beach was nice but the rocks are everywhere so I would recommend buying water shoes prior to your check in.

We definitely enjoyed staying at the condo! The owners were very helpful and kind throughout the entire process of booking and the entire stay. It was very cozy and well kept.

This condo was perfect, Everything needed was there . Location was perfect and so are the views. The owners are awesome and very informative i will be booking again in the future.

Let’s start with the positives. The condo has beautiful view and it has been almost entirely updated. The condo was clean and roomy and well appointed. The owners are amazing! The best I’ve ever dealt with. The only negative of the condo was the master toilet filled very slowly but it did work. Now for the bad, the hallways of building have an odor (not the condo). The hallway to the pool and lobby are the most pungent. The building was built in 1964 and is showing its age. While the pool area is large and mostly clean the loungers are worn and the crowd was blaring extremely inappropriate music in front of young children. While the view is beautiful of the beach, the water is full of large rocks and the beach is steep making the waves a tad treacherous. Overall, the condo, view and owners are definitely very good. If you aren’t bothered by building hallway odors and a general worn look of an older building and you are more of beach viewer than wave rider you will find this place a fabulous value from truly wonderful owners.

The view is great and water was full of wildlife. The boardwalk with the bench was a great way to start the day!

I cannot rave enough about this condo! It has everything you need inside and many amenities close by. We are a family of four with two small kids, visited the area for the SpaceX launch. The bedrooms had plenty of space and GORGEOUS views. We loved the entire vibe of the place. It's quiet, has wonderful views, and right on the beach. Even on the rainy days our kids enjoyed the toys and books; the sunny days the beach toys!! This place is unique and carries "Old Florida" feel. Most of all, the owners are one of the best we've encountered in all of our years using VRBO. Do not hesitate to rent this place! You will love it.
