I had roof above my head for the night

Where should I start.... Nobody answered for the doorbell at the entrance. The telephone number which has been provided as a contact number which need to be called at arrival was either fake or not sure what was going on, but NOBODY NEVER took my call or replied to it. Pictures of room did not reflect the reality. The room was nosiy during the night because of the staff/gustes walking up and down the aisle and smashing doors. Nuremberg airport is in the near thus planes take off and arrive every 15-20 minutes. Room's door-lock was broken, so it took me 15 minutes to get out of the room in the morning. I specifically paid EXTRA for the breakfast, and at 9 there was NO breakfast available (I was told breakfast is until 10 am). No staff was around to ask where is the breakfast, later I found a maid, who said, they ran out of ingredients, and there is NO MORE. For my question if I can get a refund for the breakfast I paid for but didn't receive, she said NO. Upon my question to get the manager's number, she said the manager is out of house and is not available on the phone. I strolled around the building one more time, but NO STAFF was around except for the one maid. This place is a NO-GO. Even if it has a low price, the service to be provided what you have been paid for is a MINIMUM requirement a guest can have, and it does not matter how cheap or expensive the place is. Never ever go to this place, folks. Rent a tent instead.

Nobody was personally available for check-in (I met only cleaner during next days). It was necessary to call number printed on the door (without international prefix). Somebdody answered after 4th call, 20 min later than required check-in time. Bad smell in the room.

Cleanliness was excellent. Location close to family

Room small. Bed uncomfortable. Towels and sheets etc frayed and in need of replacement. No one around to ask anything. Bathroom very small indeed. Pillows badly need replacing. When room very tired indeed. Felt the money paid did not reflect well.

We were completely misled by the hotel description and facilities on booking.com. The hotel advertises a full English breakfast for all customers.... this is actually bread rolls and some meat and cheese. The restaurant is CLOSED. A very disappointing fact as we had to pay €25 for a taxi to a restaurant so we could get an evening meal. The receptionist checked us in and then locked up and left, meaning there was no bar etc for refreshments. Overall a complete shambles of a hotel which I would not recommend to anyone. It's location is at the end of the airport runway too!

Internet. Wifi was not working for my iPhone or IPad. This is not topical for this place I see it more and more. I don't know what the problem is. First Apple is more secure then Android, but that I consider positive. Secondly they expect something to happen automatically, but the staff don't know what. ( This is also security, never accept something to be automatically especially when you're in a uncontrolled environment).
