i loved how nice and neat everything looked.

The studio itself looked very nice but i spotted a few roaches crawling around the living area. I also saw that the toilet wasnt completely clean as there were a few pee stains left from previous guest.

The mattress was exceptionally lumpy and uncomfortable. The water came out in a sprinkle from the shower head bc it needed to be descaled. The towels were dingy and stiff. The dishes were dirty in the cabinet

The people on the floor above me were running and stomping the whole time I was there

check-in person was unhelpful when we searched for a luggage cart. she obviously did not care about our problem. very disappointing.

Breakfast was good, but started too late to take advantage on Saturday morning (should open at 6a). Sunday was good. Wished there was a hot tub.

Location and clean

We had no hot water to for showering. Apparently they are aware a few of the rooms on our floor have hot water issues. Coming off a long road trip it really sucked not being able to shower. They did mention to run the water for 10 minutes, but in CA having a water shortage issue we only tried it once and the water warmed up but not enough to shower.

Gréât breakfast. Easy access to freeway a little confusing to find but, nice entry.

Freezing room. No blankets of bedding on pullout couch for family. The staff just shrugged when I said room was not heating through thermostat. The hallway was also freezing at night with a giant fan exhaust making exit and entry also freezing. Not enough disabled parking. There were two by the entrance which were taken. Making entry difficult for my family. All spots taken so driving around at night for parking wasn’t ideal. You have to use your card to enter hotel which is great if you have already checked in. Confusing to many guests. The place is very hospital like upon entry with slippery floors. Some carpeting would be great to help with very crowded breakfast to help with sound. Very loud entry in am super crowded breakfast after 8 am…. I didn’t see much Covid/sanitary measures being taken. Which was a concern for our family over the holidays.
