מלון באווירה יוקרתית, חדר מרווח מאוד.

תאורה חלשה בחדר. ארוחת בוקר בעייתית - מקבלים עד שני שוברים לחדר (דבר שלא צויין בהזמנה). השוברים מאפשרים לקבל מספר פריטים מינימלי (אנחנו קיבלנו תמורת השובר אומלט וקפה בלבד) מהמזנון שבמלון שפתוח לארוחת בוקר רק עד 9:00. כל תוספת של פריט נוסף מאוד מאוד יקרה (למשל בייגל, מוזלי, שתיה קרה).

Clean & Comfortable for an overnight stay. First floor room available. Snack & drink cabinet for easy access where the honor system is respected as you notify the front desk of your choice. Ice machine nearby.

LG TV- response to the remote control is only located on the top rim left to center. Yikes! Partner had to call Hotel service to show her how to get a response from the remote control. Unfortunately he was tall and didn't allow her to use the remote to see if she got it. I got it. Funny.

Our first room had bugs, we moved to a second room and this room had dirty stained bed sheets, the TV remote didn’t work and the sink was clogged. We moved again to a third room and this room was just ok.

The bed was comfortable. There were enough pillows for all guests. The AC worked great.

It seemed very outdated. Had trouble with checking in, purchased my stay days before I arrived & there was issues with confirmation of payment. Instead of the hotel employee calling to confirm, they wanted to charge me & then talk with booking.com about refunding me.

I liked the location the lobby was beautiful

The person who checked my daughter and myself in, he did kindly reverse an accidental 2nd reservation that was made, but was talking about (what I assumed to be) prior guests in a negative way, I felt he was a bit condescending to me when he said that there were two entrances one of them was quite tricky so I could always just come through the lobby, as if his confidence in my comprehensive abilities may be one of my shortcomings.

I didn’t like that there was a surprise $10 parking fee

Shower has everything I needed,room was very clean,beds were very comfy, we used the gym, is open24/7 everything was good overall

THE ELEVATORS!!!!! so noisy sometimes feels like its gonna get stuck and a single bottle of water $7 !!!!!! luckily walmart is very close so we get a 40 pack for that same price
