Lots of space, nice quiet relaxing area, great base to explore the Jervis Bay area. Very nice sitting out on the jetty watching the sunset. Kitchen has everything you need, off street parking. Has Netflix and YouTube ready to go, so plenty of entertainment options if you want to relax in that way/distract the kids. Quick drive to the supermarket (plus local store within walking distance), Huskisson and Hyams beach.

All things considered, this was excellent value for money, very comfortable and I would chose it again if I went down that way again. If I had to pick one negative, it would just be the backyard walk down to the jetty - a better path would make it a bit better to access.

The house was nicely renovated and location was great.

The property was nice, newly renovated however there were a few things that were quite wrong. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were the most uncomfortable beds ever slept in and you couldn't join them together to make a double because they were 2 different heights. The 3rd bedroom smelt like rot and so did the main bathroom. They were intolerable to the point that we slept on the lounge instead. The fridge has black mould which is totally unhygienic. There is an infestation of spiders in the verandah roof that we had to keep killing. It was too expensive for what it was but the location was great. Also the massive downside was that the entry to the lake was dirty a little clean up wouldn't have hurt. Also entry at 4 and exit at 10 is pretty ridiculous especially when you paid for 5 days and 4 nights. Also pretty rude that someone knocked on the door demanding that we were in the house and we should have left. Utterly rude the way she demanded that we should have been out by 10am and then later found out it was the owners cousin and they had a mix up. No sorry or anything from her just made me feel like crap.
