Room size and cleanliness

Bathroom and also the breakfast pretty average.

I was impressed with the SPA facility. The SPA treatment was excellent.

The room size was not as given in the Booking.com. The room size was small. The batch room design was not good. The service at the restaurant was not good at all.

הגעתי למלון בתאריך ה10.9.23 ולפני שביצעתי את ההזמנה וידאתי שהבריכה במלון תקינה ופועלת (וידאתי באתר המלון ובבוקינג), להפתעתי כשביצעתי את הצ׳ק אין גיליתי שהבריכה בשיפוצים ושהיא לא תפתח במשך כל השהייה שלי במלון. בנוסף, רק כאשר הגעתי למלון גיליתי שחנות האלכוהול במלון עוד לא נפתחה. בנוסף לכל, במיטה במלון היו שיערות של אישה כלשהי. שהיתי לבד במלון, כך שהשיערות בבירור לא שייכות לי אלא כנראה לאורחים הקודמים. זה מעיד על ניקיון ברמה מאוד נמוכה ופשוט לא הייתי חוזר לשם שוב לעולם.

The staff made our stay even better. Very kind and accommodating people.

The only down side to our stay was that the swimming pool was out of service.

The cleaning staff and the lady's at the restaurant are very kind. they do very well their job ...

its not comfortable to be asked for a review wile you are still eating . the meaner must be checked ... it seems that the waiters at the restaurant they assist you just for the review... please this is not good

Charged full day for second day stay. We were just one hour late as we were having our dinner .

Beautiful build and got everything I needed. Friendly staff and great spacious rooms

The gym is a little too hot. I recommend cooling the space by 2deg as when you are working out you want a cool space as you get hot when you work out. Also, I recommend the default option for payment of a restaurant meal on a tab to be paid at the end of the trip as opposed to the hassle of chasing payment after the dinner. There is no need for two transactions.
