We flew out from Canada to come to spend a week in St Pete's area. The apartement was perfectly located, just steps away from the beach and big enough for me, my partner and his two teenagers on the sofa bed. The apartement complex was quiet and private. 4 beach chairs were included which we appreciated.
But we had to buy a lot of things, even basics, for our week stay : Salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee, extra toilet paper, extra shampoo, laundry detergeant... We were expecting more basics products to be included and we were asked to leave nothing behind during check-out. Since we were heading to the airport, we threw everything away and felt bad about it.
We recommend the place, but just be aware of what you can maybe bring from your own house if you aren't coming by plane!

Perfect cozy little getaway on PAG! This is our first time out here in PAG and it couldn’t have been better. The suite was clean and functional. Across the street is the beach. Hot tip! If you’re looking for sea shells go to the dog park located 5 blocks south.
Pros: close to beach, updated bathroom and bedroom. Not super touristy, easy to navigate.
Cons: had to buy some essentials like trash bags, kitchen sink still had food in it. Thermostat is locked at 72F.

This was our first time staying at this property. We were very impressed with the size of the unit; how clean the unit was and how the owner had the entire unit stocked with your everyday essentials. We have stayed in PAG several times and I think this property is now one of our favorite places. Very quiet, clean, easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for your PAG stay.

Wonderful place. Great location. You can walk everywhere. The condo was clean and very spacious. ONE ISSUE: The pool area looks beat. Even though the pool was fine, the pool furniture is beat and worn. Only one umbrella, which was located in the middle of a big table. The lounge chairs are all faded and old looking.

We had a great stay in the condo. The space was just what we needed for a working vacation. One thing that should be updated on the listing for this property is the photos/description of the blue building with the outlook in front. This is not the building that the condo was actually located in; it was in the beige building next door which didn't appear to be related at all. While directions were provided in a text it was just very confusing. The management company was very responsive when we had issues so in the end we got in.
This is a great location with access to beach across the street and some great restaurants on 8th Street. Would definitely rent again.

This unit was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. Clean, well equipped & charming. I stayed in another unit in the same building last year & give high praise to Charles & Liz for managing them so well. Any questions I had were answered quickly in a text. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great location and quiet area. Restaurants were within walking distance. Pool is hidden from public and very clean. Beach was not wide enough to lay out but only 2 blocks was plenty of room.

We recently stayed for an extended weekend for our anniversary and it was wonderful. Condo is exactly as described. You can see the beach from the patio and it’s a little private/secluded with the palm trees around the building. The awning on the patio was nice to get a break from the sun. We walked everywhere. Several restaurants and bars in close proximity. Only suggestion I would give is maybe replace the shower head. It’s seen better days. But we love it and will definitely stay here again!

I went back and forth about a 4 or 5 star on this condo, but went ahead and opted for a 5 star. There were only a few things that could be fixed to ensure that future guest wouldn't hesitate to give it a 5 star. 1st - the shower head needs replaced / 2nd - cable box in the bedroom didn't work, but I really only tried watching TV the first night - 3rd -the bed is to hard and needs to be replaced with a softer bed or put a foam mattress topper on it. That was really all I had a problem with. The place is beautiful and you can't beat the location. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wan't a great little get-a-way.

Updated unit, steps from the beach. Quieter building, ample space to unpack belongings, sit out on porch. Unit as is described. Be prepared to find nothing else outside of written listing. If you want to cook in, plan to bring or purchase all spices, foil, etc. A bit tough when flying but the location of unit within Pass-A-Grille can't be beat.

We had an awesome time celebrating our Anniversary weekend. The condo was just as posted. It was the perfect space for two people. Very close to the beach and all restaurants. We have stayed in Pass-a-grille before and love this historic area. We will be back again!

Great getaway for lots of R & R!
Enjoyed floating in the pool or a quick walk across the street to the Gulf for sunsets and beach walks! Local laid back restaurants and bars. The bed was very firm! (ran to WM for a memory foam topper which we took home!)

Beach Getaway
Our family wanted. Beach getaway and this place worked perfectly for us. We appreciated the extra touches the owners put into this one-bdrm. Ceiling fans, blinds, stove, furniture, etc all were a step above what we usually find in vaca rental properties. The location was excellent w the beach and gulf in view from the balcony. Check in and communication was seamless and helpful. We will be back!!

Property is across the street from the beach and is in the heart of the historic pass a grill neighborhood. Secluded from spring break feel and allows to imagine what Florida was like 100 years ago.
Pool is nice and gives you an option to the beach.

Decent property for last minute beach rental. Communication with and responsiveness of property manager great. Excellent location. Can tell lots of traffic through the place as bedding and kitchenware worn out. With a good deep clean (pots and pans, cabinets, washer and dryer) will be a gem.

This place is such a great location between the gulf front and the bay and there is so many things to do and explore. We had one minor issue with the code to get in but was resolved very quickly. We hope to return one day very soon.
