Nice functional apartment with responsive hosts. No fuss experience.

This 2 bed/2 bath rental is beautiful and well appointed and in the center of everything! Dan and Bill are so thoughtful with so many recommendations of things to do, see and eat in the area. It’s also a short trip to Hamilton Pool, Mt Bonnell, South Congress, UT Austin and more. Fantastic place in a great location! We will be back! Thank you!

This was a girl’s weekend, and we loved the space. It’s a very nice place, well stocked, and nicely appointed. The location wasn’t bad, but it is a short Uber or bike ride into Austin. Also anyplace nearby shuts down early, but Walgreens (in the parking lot) is open until midnight and has a great selection of snacks, beer, and wine. We really enjoyed walking to Matt’s for margaritas and a delicious lunch.

Property was clean and well equipped for a weekend in Austin. Quick uber trips to everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to communicate with owners. Would recommend.

We were in town visiting my son for his birthday & this place was a perfect location. It was close to everything! And the condo was gorgeous & very clean! Communication with the property manager was also great! We will definitely stay at this place again!!

There was nothing I would change. This condo was exactly liked it looked in the pictures. The welcome book was fantastic and had lots of great suggestions on where to eat within walking and we ate at 3 of them and loved them all. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend with our son! Bill and Dan were gracious hosts, and the condo is conveniently located in walking distance to many SoLa restaurants with easy access to downtown / Zilker / South Congress. Remarkably quiet for an urban location. No hesitation in recommending this unit.

We loved the condo—it was extraordinarily clean with polished cement floors and interesting rugs. Great neighborhood with everything nearby. A perfect placee for R&R which is what we needed in the worst way!

This property was exactly as pictured, the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home (sending us information before our stay and leaving us other must nose when we arrived). They were completely accommodating and their property met my expectations in every way. I cannot say enough good things about this property or the owners/property managers. When I go back to Austin, I will be booking here again, because once you leave this beautiful and clean Verbo, everything is right at your fingertips that you’ll ever need and much of Austin is just a few minutes away via car. Excellent experience!

We traveled to Austin for a girls weekend & were so pleased with our choice. The condo is perfect. Conveniently located, super clean, trendy yet comfortable. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

From the time we arrived to a hand written welcome note to the time we left, we fell in love with this property. Unit was centrally located to everything you would want to do during your stay in Austin. Everything was spotless and in great condition making it a relaxing stay. They had everything you could need while there and I will definitely stay in this property when I return to Austin.

We loved staying in this spacious, comfortable, easy access property! The hosts did a wonderful job of sharing details about nearby restaurants and places to check out and details about the amenities. Everything went really smooth and I attribute that to the clear communication from hosts and their thoughtfulness to have everything ready for us! We were walking distance from plenty of restaurants, got some fun vintage shopping in, and were just a quick drive away from downtown.

We loved the condo and were very comfortable there for our short visit over Spring Break. The location is so convenient - it’s great to have restaurants, bars and Walgreen’s within walking distance. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. We appreciated having a Keurig too. We brought our own coffee and creamer but ran out of creamer so it was really nice to have some provided. The owners also left a hand-written welcome note, which was a lovely touch. We didn’t have any trouble so didn’t need to contact them during our stay but based on communication we received, felt confident that they would be responsive if we needed anything. This to me is the tipping point between a 4 and 5 star rating and very important to me. We made the requisite visits to Matt’s El Rancho (my husband’s favorite) and also tried Loro a bit down the street in the other direction based on recommendations from family and it was very good also - very trendy hot spot. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Such a relaxing getaway. We definitely hope to stay here again on future visits. Thank you Dan and Bill for sharing your beautiful dwelling with us. You’ve done a wonderful job creating a home away from home for your visitors!

Great time exploring Austin from South Lamar! Plenty of restaurants near by and easy access to downtown and SoCo. It was a very cold weekend, but we had a comfy condo to come home to!

We stayed at this condo in the South Lamar area of Austin and it was FANTASTIC! The condo is modern but comfortable with lots of space and everything we needed. The kitchen had all the cookware we needed, we baked cookies every nice. Filled our soft cooler with ice freshly made from the freezer every day and headed out on our way. When we came home, we had a great television with lots of viewing options, great bathrooms with terrific water pressure and beds with super comfy mattresses and thick down comforters. The host left us recommendations and detailed instructions - even including photos. The neighborhood is surrounded with cute businesses, a CVS 1 minute away, tons of delicious eating options. And all of this is a five minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Not only would we stay here again but would be bummed if it wasn’t available on our next trip

We enjoyed our stay here, however, the towels were in poor condition (i.e., holes). The bath towels are also rather small for adults. We also expected more towels to be in the condo given that we were staying for a week. Other than that, we would recommend this place.

This condo was one of the coolest places that I have stayed on VRBO. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The location to everything Austin was perfect as well.
