The furniture was updated from the photos and was super nice and comfortable. The location was amazing. Right over a dune to the beach and the Food Lion and several restaurants were within walking distance. There is also an ice maker like at a hotel. The beds are comfy and the AC worked well. Ideal for people with kids because while it is nice it is also a bit shabby so you wont panic if someone spills something. I stayed off season when the rent was low. If I was going to shell out 5k I might skip this one.

The house is great but definitely needs some maintenance. I would highly recommend shoes on the decks as there were a lot of nails that needed pounded in. There were several very loose doorknobs and a few of the porch doors didnt lock. Also the elevator is terrible. We booked this house specifically for our older people to use the elevator and no one would step foot in it. Also killed about 14 wasps in the living room.
