Convenient location to get from/to JFK airport.

The smell of weed is everywhere. Noisy area (night works on the street behind) and noisy clients (kids playing on the hallways at 2:30am and people continuously going from one room to the other). I stayed because my flight was canceled due to the weather and this was the cheapest option for the night.

it is location nearby JFK, but will not come there again. unsafe and many people like homeless entered as there was any security gated

smoking, no security, Music, the gate open for any one, and it in very dangerous area. also, I changed the room tow time and no one room with security locker.

There wasn't nothing to like !

Everything was very poor, the water in the shower was settled after every used take long to drain in tub and face basin, the shower curtain full of mold, There was baby cockroaches. The a/C unit takes long to heat up wen ever put on heat. In the corners are dust store till they turn pillows u can see 👀 The draws of the side tables need cleaning nothing can store in them, they are dirty. The bed was very hard ...........the place was dusty , musty n crusty 🤧 I have to put up with that because they had a big NO REFUND SIGN BUT WOULDNT BOOK AGAIN ..... Teach your workers to greet guest And stop be so mean and nasty

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS SO RUDE HE SHOULD BE FIRED. HE DOES NOT KNOW THE WORD HOSPITALITY AND COMMON COURTESY TO THE CUSTOMERS

The rooms were outdated and looks like it has not been clean. The bed was uncomfortable and beddings were ripped. If you just want a place to sleep after partying then this place is fine, if not avoid.

Worse place i have ever stay , the place Was so nasty , i didn't even spent 2hours @ this place , I check out two hours after checking in😞

One word for everything TERRIBLE, We will never come back. We don't recommend it, we have to check out at 10 pm, no one sleep there, everyone smoking inside the hotel.

Rooms had very bad cigarette-like scent. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillow were stinking. There was fungus mold inside the bathroom

Had no iron to press clothes in the room. room was smelly and had a feel like a cheap motel rather than a hotel.

The curtains was filthy dirty, the bathroom under the sink was leaking, no coffee or tea area only a fridge and television in the room.
