No staff no coffee

The arrangement of two rooms and separate bathrooms was great for us and the kids. The shower water pressure was very strong, although a handheld would be much more convenient.

The fridge motor was very loud and very annoying. And some ice trays would have been useful. The bedspreads (the only blankets available) were too warm, too huge (falling off side of bed) and too stiff --always landing on our faces -- and you know they probably don't wash these huge things after every guest. But mostly just not comfortable covers. We were supposed to have two parking passes, but only one was there. I called, they said they'd have someone bring the second one but nobody ever did. Also, it should be made more clear that there is no elevator and many steps to climb to the room. My knee was bothering me upon arrival and it was tough to climb the stairs. Also, the glasses provided were huge plastic ones - probably 24 ounces. Not usable for children and not practical for bedside during the night. How about a normal 8-10 ounce glass?

Dated unit. beds extremely uncomfortable. bathroom cramped.

Easy lock box. Easy to find. Right at the property. Liked having separate bedrooms. Kitchenette was nice feature.

The room had a musty odor. Water in shower was not very hot. Mattresses were in need of replacement

I liked the size of the place the fact I could cooking the kitchen and had a fridge and 2 bathrooms

There was no access to the indoor pool no one on the office so no access to the laundry the bed was terrible and the couch was not very comfortable as well o was very disappointed that we could not use the indoor pool as a matter of fact both pools were closed up
