The location was great. The facilities were as expected BUT, We did not stay here because upon arrival we found less than acceptable conditions relative to cleanliness and adequate bed linens in the room.

The less than adequate cleanliness in the room. Found hairs in the bed sheets and all over the toilet seat. The bed linens did not fit the king size bed. These were our reasons for not staying and requesting a full refund.

Bed was comfy. Check in was simple enough. Easy to find. I wouldn't stay again.

The refrigerator was AWFUL! It froze EVERYTHING and I lost most of my food I was traveling with so I had to re-buy it...adding to the cost of my stay. Also...there is NO seaview. With that name, one would assume it would indeed be in "view". Nope It's just on Rt 1... the maine road through town. Which is completely packed with traffic in high season.

Booked a double room well in advance, was told only king available upon arrival. I said I needed two beds, then upgraded to two queens and jacuzzi which was nice, however then told that was not available. Finally given a room with two doubles, however they knew that the toilet was broken and said someone would fix asap. Five hours later, not even looked at. Asked for another room, told nothing else available although Vacancy sign stayed up all weekend. We had to sit outside until 8:30pm while someone attempted to fix toilet. It ended up being usable however we had to hold up handle, push down handle, jiggle, etc and it ran all night. Very inconvenient, noisy, and waste of running water. I had stored my vial of insulin in the mini-fridge which was so cold (could not find settings) and my insulin was ruined because it froze, I had to destroy it. Very expensive cost, out-of-pocket to replace vial $1,000. Needless to say, I did not refill, now do not feel well without using insulin. At checkout, no one seemed interested in my issues. Do not recommend based on management's handling (not handling) of issues. No compensation for my vial of insulin or our toilet troubles was offered even though I asked. Would not recommend staying here unfortunately. Edit a week later. Since being home, I have ringworm on my body, a fungal rash that I believe I got either in the room or in the pool. Another expense to diagnose and treat. Stay closer to town and pay the extra money, it will definitely be worth it. Oh, and the management will not reply to my request for one night's compensation. Least they could do...

When I arrived the facility looked more like a motel that rented by the hour. I didn’t stay dispute my loss of refund

I would suggest having safes in each room. Other than that, it was a great stay. The bed was very comfortable.

Water pressure in shower could be better.

Get rid of the rugs & air condition needs cleaning.

Vinney was very nice. He assured me to let him know if there was ANYTHING I needed he would take care of it. He really cares.

The person in the next room was not a light walker. The plumbing was loud.

Great staff & spacious, comfortable room. Perfect for waterfront activities.
