Nice and cozy.it was very clean.
The only thing I didn't like was the mosquitos. They was trying to kill us..lol

The apartment was great no complaints was so thrilled to be with my family daughter son in law grandchildren they had a place off of horns st so I was only a mile from them. Just watching my grandson go into the national guards as a 2 second lieutenant ceremony was at Mayport navy it was just a beautiful ceremony then after we just spent time with them and then when it was time to go to bed we went back to our cozy little apartment that you provided it was beautiful and just what we needed set this also in the sheriff's Academy with JSO I'm so excited and scared too but we've got a place I could come to thank you so much and I hated leaving thank you so much

This home was perfectly stocked - from the laundry to the kitchen to the doggie door and the ironing board, it had everything you could need. The back fenced yard was a concentrated spot of nature and privacy for both humans and dogs. The owner is helpful and kind. Great neighborhood we walked through to get to the beach. Perfect location for a well-behaved dog - When in JAX, we will be here!
We loved it all. I will say that the bed is extremely firm - just meant as caution if this matters to you, it may be difficult to sleep. This could easily be addressed with a thin topper. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - and wanted to stay longer! I didn’t see from the outset that there was an additional charge for the dog, but it was worth it.

I liked everything. Beautifully and relaxing coastal decor. Lovely, super clean, all neccesary amenities available. I didn't want to leave the place.

such a cute space! Decorated for Halloween to welcome us. Everything you need is here and available. I would come here again if available during future trips to Jacksonville Beach.

The two things that I liked the most were: the location and the dog friendly backyard.
The online pictures make the living space seem larger than it was.

The property itself is beautiful. Lots of backyard space which was perfect for our Rottweiler. Loved the evenings outside to enjoy the summer breeze along with the property amenities. It was located close enough to the beach, Publix & some fast food restaurants (if you don’t want to cookout yourself). This was the perfect cozy place for us (2 adults, 1 teen & a big dog).

The apartment was so beautiful. The private backyard was absolutely amazing! My husband and I really enjoyed sitting outside. We were only 2-3 minutes away from the beach. Everything was provided for us. From beach towels, snacks, and apps available to watch tv. We want to book again! The host was simply amazing.

There is nothing you won't like. This place is awesome and relaxing.
I usually prefer going to the mountains, but when we found this place, I am now a beach lover. This place is awesome!! If you are looking to get away from the stress, this place is it. Clean, quiet, and did I say AWESOME!!

Great off the beat location, but easy to get to the beach. This pet friendly home is small house but is great for two adults and two children or three adults. Very clean and fantastic tropical backyard. Great little place for a dog to run around. I hope to come back again.
