Beautiful place

Local staff did not set us up. Arrived with no amenities. No linens, sheets etc. could not reach them until Bookings intervened the next day. They are horrible at communication. Do not recommend Vacasa. They aren't there to support the guest. I'm very disappointed.

* I rated the cleanliness a 3 out of 5. It looks clean on the surface, but some issues: gobs of dust clinging and waving around on recessed lighting, absolutely disgusting black filth on a removable seat piece in the shower, crumbs under countertop appliances (coffee maker, blender), dirty/used soap left on top shelf in shower * Could not access on arrival because no one left the keycards where they said they would be (they were in the kitchen of the condo, on the counter); Additionally, instructions stated to use a certain number combo to access a wooden box: the box is metal, and the correct combination of numbers is what it was already sitting on (so anyone could have opened it). * The listing said there were toiletries, but the only things supplied were 3 small bottles of conditioner (in each bathroom), and one small soap bar - so bring your own shampoo and something to wash your hands with * There were no oven mitts and no dish cloth (3 dishwasher tabs supplied, but there are plenty of dishes there that should not be going in the dishwasher) * No wifi instructions, just a code of numbers: you have to take a guess at where to use the numbers (it was the overall resort's wifi, you use the number in the access webpage after that)

Impecable. Comfortable and convenience location

This is a property that advocates for green planet. I am all for it but the toilet paper and the paper towel were recicle and they degenere my do not work for me. I understood the reason. Was not cause it cheaper, I went with for a week

Location is great. The units are large and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our party of five. Quiet and peaceful in a beautiful setting.

We had a bit of trouble with the temperature control.

Excellent property! We love Smuggs and this property was perfect.
