We had an amazing relaxing stay in this beautiful villa. The space was great for the 6 of us. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to make this a lovely family holiday.

There were quite a few steps so be aware when you are taking large suitcases

The location and the view were amazing.

The host initially is really welcoming but eventually it turns too much as he does not give a break to guests. The beds are old and noisy for every single move done while resting. One toilet does not work and other are super loud. Literally if used overnight it will wake the whole house. On out last day, we messaged Giuseppe, the host, informing we left a pair of shoes and that we would send someone to pick it up. On the next day, after no response from his side, he was again asked and the answer was that they threw it away. The shoes was used one time and had a pair of special soles. He was careless about our problem and did not make any effort for the follow up. I would not recommend this staying to anyone.

We had a closer look at the location, there was a lot of uphill and it was not pleasant to lug our luggage, especially when we arrived there was a terrible rain and storm.

There was a camera on the terrace of the house and also in the entrance, which we didn't know. The rooms look quite different in the photos, but we found them even more different. One room has no window at all. All rooms are connected to each other and no one has their own space. Also, there were no basic necessary things in the kitchen, for example, a cloth for cleaning the table, coffee, sugar, salt, etc. Also, the water in the bathroom was either very hot or cold, we could not bathe normally. The internet worked terribly. Also, a hair dryer exploded in the child's hand and he was struck by electricity.

The property was very tired and needed repairs. No soap in bathrooms, even hand soap, no wine glasses. Airconditioning was loud and noisy kept us awake, blocked sinks, insufficient hot water, the shower head broke off (although was repaired that day) Plaster falling off the walls. Beds very uncomfortable

It was a beautiful place set in Praiano. Very spacious, clean, quiet location. Host very friendly and helpful.

The property is super spacious! 3 nice size bedrooms, nice kitchen and wonderful view to the ocean!!

We did not get a lot of support from the host. No information about the area and unfortunately his English was not good. We had a situation that we needed a place to keep our bags for a few hours while we went on a boat tour and he was not helpful at all. Later after we asked around, we found out that there was a luggage hording place 4 houses down from our property.

Great localization with sea view from balcony. Close to bars, shops, restaurants, bus stops etc.

Difficulties with later arrival despite announcment 2h before, as agreed. The house needs renovation. First time to have no soap in the bathroom available. No additional bed, despite agreed when booking.

House is very spacious and has a great terrace looking at the sea. Bathrooms and bedrooms well equipped, clean and comfortable beds and pillows. 2 bedrooms have balcony looking at the sea while the 3 rd has no natural light. Our host Pepe was very kind and helpful as well as owners that immediately came from Napoli to bring us what was missing from kitchen appliances when we gave feedback. Praiano is very close to Positano which makes it as great position and Praiano its self is very nice. The bedrooms are all communicating:from first u enter the second one, and from 2nd in the third. For us was no issue as we travelled with very good friends. Wifi was very good. We had a great stay.

The kitchen could use a bit a refreshment and upgrades to match the rest of the house: no dish washer, no expresso machine, old kitchenette. Entrance in the house is made through the kitchen and it has an old house smell when u step in . Do not know if its due to lack of usage or maybe walls humidity but i have an issue with the smells in a house… so maybe this could be consider to ve fixed for future . Parking is an issue but its not the property issue. All coast is problematic. However Pepe found us a garage below the house with 130 eur for 3 nights… so we were lucky in the end.
