Great for family

Almost Perfect.

The biggest issue for us...the hot water does stay hot enough to fill the jacuzzi tub. Once the water reached a little over the jets, the water gets cold. The jacuzzi was the reason why we chose this room. We tried to use it multiple times.

The resort and amenities were wonderful. The condo was very nice and spacious for a family of four.

I think the beds were a little uncomfortable so a mattress topper would be a good idea.

peaceful, quiet , lots to do

The view of the mountains was great. The rooms were very clean, the area was quiet. Rooms were close to the indoor water park.

We stayed 3nights, on the 2nd day while we were out & about housekeeping came through & set some of our beginnings outside. When we called the office no one picked up so we called back the next day someone took our names and #'s and said someone will get back with us. No one never did..so disappointing.. not to mention we bought another trip while we were there. I'm hoping our next experience will be better.

Check in was long but, workers were pleasant.. More signs to the check in area are needed.. Or try making more of a division from the BBQ restaurant... More options for food delivery

It was a perfect vacation

It was very Quiet and a great view

Have been previously, location is good, numerous things to do and excellent scenery.

Unlike previous stays, the unit we had this time was not clean. Stove, pots and pans had to be recleaned and scrubbed, human hair in multiple locations, pocorn kernels in bedrooms and living room. It was disheartening to have to clean in order to feel safe for my family.

The apartment was great. It had everything we needed for our stay including cups, bowls, plates, silverware, etc.. Beds were comfy and the view from the balcony was beautiful. You could even watch deer walk by.

The location seemed far away from everything. You have to drive to all the activities, a shuttle would have been nice. It didn't feel safe to walk to adventure park or other closer activities. It was also hard to find all the activity options either online or in the app. If you select Adventure Park in the app, it doesn't show any option but there's zip lines, tubing, climbing wall and more. You also need to book for waterpark online at least a day in advance otherwise you pay more at the door.

The condo was beautiful, updated and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. plenty of dishes in the kitchen for us to prepare meals. Awesome coffee maker and coffee was provided. Huge jacuzzi tub made the kids very happy! (although it did take forever to fill it up)

unfortunately there wasn’t an oven in the unit, but a range top was provided so we were still able to make meals on that and the skillets. also would have liked a private laundry, as the shared laundry was always in use by the other family staying above us.
