The spacious apartment

The Waterpark was too high for someone with kids $75 is way too much!

Smelled terrible, both inside and out. Thin walls made for zero sleep with loud neighbors. Was dirty, water damaged, patio door was stuck, view was nonexistent.

Breathtaking views on every slope

Nada thing! Op, wait, when we were walking to the equipment rental desk (opening hour) with no line and lots of staff it was hard to get someone to acknowledge and help me. Someone helped my boyfriend and getting him started. We were probably assumed to be together, but why couldn’t we be helped at the same time? Staff sat in their stools talking. We were excited to see no line and get on the slops but still had to wait my turn. That was dumb. Also the checking in process was unnecessarily lengthy. Why when I walk in to talk to the counter staff I was handed pen and paperS to rewrite all the same information that I provided digitally on your website while booking our vacation stay here?It’s my vacation and they (front desk staff) were having me do their job? Man it would have been nice if I could’ve borrowed the staff’s keyboard and I could’ve a least used modern day tools to complete a task that I had already done prior to arriving! I was impressed with the website but the counter check-in was like checking in at the Motel 8.

Very comfortable beds. It was quiet and close to the ski lodge, very convenient for the snow activities.

This property could do better with cleaning…. I mean come on the checkin desk is beautiful but the bathroom and and snack room is a hot mess… the ice machine is moldy on the outside I would hate to see the inside

Bed was horrible, room was so hot, LOTS of women's hair all over the place.

The location was great and we enjoyed snowtubing.

We woke up at 6am because there was a fire alarm.

I like the location in the mountains. It is close proximity to my Event. The restaurant selection is wonderful and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

I don't like the 10am checkout!

I love massanutten but it really depends on where you stay.

It is dated, stained, dirty, uncomfortable.

Excellent roomy and clean room! Nice balcony with great view. Great mattress and bedding. Plenty of parking close to unit.

A/C didn’t seem to be working very well. Check out drop box was supposed to be available at 6am and at 6:05 door to box was still locked delaying my departure. Do not quite understand drop box not being accessible 24/7 as I’m sure numerous people need to leave before 6am. I prefer not leaving room key in rooms when I leave. Had bad experience with that a few years back.

The property was very clean easily accessible and the view was incredible!

The location was great. A Lot of different things to do for all ages.

The food that we ate was not the best, everything was spaced out you most definitely need a vehicle to get around and the bed was hard.

The property is huge and we got lost finding our rooms. The directions given and lack of signage did not help

A little far from town, and every buulding is a few minutes drive apart.

The water park and arcade was great.

I wish I had taken time to learn more about the resort and all it offered.
