This unit is stylish,comfortable,user-friendly, well stocked and clearly- well cared for. The pool was A+ for the kids, and the beach is SO close. We loved that there was still lots of foliage-dune protection, not like the sprawl-development on top of some other beaches. The important stuff- very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, updated everything, fantastic smart tvs for family movie night, board games for a rainy afternoon, charger ports everwhere, love the personalization, and location is quiet but close to everything. We will be back!

Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, tastefully decorated, and newly remodeled second floor with updated bathrooms. The location couldn't be better. Easy walk to shops but quiet, great location on the beach with boardwalk access and foot washing station, and well maintained, heated pool. I was also extremely pleased with Host2Coast's communication and attention to detail. The unit was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the personal touches to make us feel like valued customers. I would not hesitate to stay in this unit or with Host2Coast again.

The accommodation was first class and had all the necessary in house amenities available. It felt like we were staying at a vacation home of our own. Having stayed in Hilton Head several times in this location was ideal for us. Host2coast were a very professional and responsive management group.

Nice place, great location. Only thing I would recommend is a pocket door for the master bathroom. The door seems to be in the way of the shower.

Amazing condo, more than expected, excellently handled

The location was perfect. We could walk on the beach in the morning, come back for lunch and easily walk back to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place. Everything you need is there (toaster, coffee pot, pots, dishes, etc.). The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The bathrooms are a bit small and outdated but the location trumps the handful of negatives.

I rent VRBOs 3 or 4 times a year so I’ve rented from a LOT of companies and individuals. Host2Coast brings the wow factor...and I don’t say that lightly. Early check ins are rare these days but they actually called me the day before to tell me the unit would be ready much earlier than the normal check in time because it wasn’t rented on our check in day. They totally didn’t have to do that and it gave us another beach day. This company appreciates your business and it shows. Unit and complex was great. Very clean, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc was included. We would totally rent this unit again. We had one family of 3 and a family of 4 and it was perfect.

The property is very close to the beach which was great as the walk was a very short one. The washer and dryer were both commercial models and washing/drying larger loads of laundry was a benefit. We do love this complex and have stayed at Ocean Club many times in the past, but we did have quite a few issues with the particular unit we were in. A work order had been put in previous to us arriving for the sliding glass door being hard to open. A representative showed up on Saturday afternoon after we had arrived to "fix" it. We were told it would need more work. Upon looking up at the ceiling between kitchen and dining room, we noticed around the AC vent that there was a lot of black dirt or mold around it. The master bath tub was not draining properly, the diverter to switch from bath to shower also would not work, and the knob to pull out to turn water on and off took both hands to use. A representative did arrive soon after us calling about the tub issues to fix the draining issue and change or fix the diverter. We were pleased at the quick arrival of the representative. We were again told more work would need to be done later. The reservoirs of the shower tub door runners was filthy with a lot of gunk in them. In the guest bath, the lever to stop up the tub in order to take a bath was so old and corroded, it fell off. In the hours before leaving at 3:30 AM, we were checking behind and under furniture for misplaced toys. Upon looking behind the loveseat, we found 3 very large bugs and just a lot of dirt caked in the runners of the sliding door. This unit could use a lot of updates and A LOT of cleaning. These issues did put quite a damper on our trip.

Family friendly location! Area is quiet and well-maintained. Pool was clean, offering plenty of seating. Condo was very clean. Kitchen offered everything I needed to prepare and serve meals!

Very nice place. Excellent management company! Love the keyless doors with the code. Gas grill, bikes and chairs available for guest use was a real bonus. Bathrooms could use updating but all in all we had a great vacation.

We had a great week here. The property is in an ideal location; a short, pleasant walk to both the beach and Coligny Plaza and other many nearby stores and restaurants. The property is well maintained and attractive. The pool is a bit older, but it's large, clean, and it was very quiet during our week (often we were the only ones there). The villa worked well for our family of 6 (4 younger children). We loved being able to pull right up to the front door and have easy access to the unit. The downstairs has been renovated within the last couple of years, I'd guess. The upstairs bathrooms could use an update as well, but everything worked fine. Although not listed on the property amenities, there was an outdoor storage closet that had plenty of beach toys, chairs, and even a couple of bikes (although they were locked and no combination was given, so these may be only for the owners' use). There was also a gas grill (also not listed under amenities). Compared to some of the other nearby properties (larger places, that had stairs, elevators, etc), this property and unit was a perfect spot for us. All in all, this is a great value and I would definitely recommend it.
