We had a great stay at Starfish Cottage. The cottage is very comfortable and clean. Everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed the front porch in the morning and evening!

This cozy cottage is three blocks from the waterfront, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to everything and biking along the water. We saw a harem of wild horses in the Rachel Carson Reserve. Highly recommended - will stay here again!

Three of us stayed at the Starfish. It is a sweet little cottage in the town of Beaufort. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, except to the main grocery store. That is why we visit Beaufort, so we can walk everywhere and be near the water! We were so happy with this cottage and would definitely stay again in the future. We sat in the rockers and swing on the front porch every morning for coffee and breakfast.

Very cute cottage, great location. Walking to boardwalk and restaurant. I loved the front porch swing. The kitchen was a little tough for me. The bottom of the upper kitchen cabinets are at 6’ above the ground! The bottom of the micro is at 5 ‘ . I had to call my husband to get stuff in and out of cabinets and I am not that short.

Had an amazing stay here at the Starfish cottage with my wife, our Boston Terrier, and our two best friends. There's nothing to not like about this place. It can comfortably house us four adults and our small pup & has everything we needed for a relaxing long vacation. We absolutely love coming to Beaufort. We hope to be fortunate enough to being able to come and stay here again!

My family had a wonderful time at this cottage in Beaufort. We live an hour south and were looking for a quick family getaway. The house had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. We parked at the home and walked everywhere. There are lots of great places to eat & shop. We loved walking our dog along the waterfront and around all of the historic homes. I did not realize that the home was the front unit of several other units and that there was no yard, but fortunately there was a big lit area across the street for late night dog walks! That said, we would definitely stay at the cottage again. It was a well updated unit and came stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay!

The cottage is adorable with precious antiques. It had everything needed. Great location and very responsive owner. We could live in this great rental! We will rent this again.

Our first trip to Beufort and we loved the town! The house was conveniently located, very clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely try and stay here again!

Home was very neat and clean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location short walk to the water front and local shops. We really enjoyed the farmers market right across the street from us on Saturday they had a lot of different vendors. Wonderful restaurants in the area as well.

This cottage was in a perfect location! We parked our car and did not have to use it for the entire weekend. It was right across from the farmers market and walking distance to anything you could ever want. Our host was wonderful and very communicative when needed. I will definitely be coming back soon.

This property was just perfect for a fun weekend in Beaufort. Walkable to all the restaurants and marina. The next-door neighbor sells shrimp and it was perfect for one of our meals.

Only thing was the tight parking

We had such a nice week in Beaufort, and loved the Starfish Cottage. The cottage is stocked with everything you'll need for a cozy stay, and is within walking distance to the restaurants, shops, and even a splashpad (about 3/4 mile) for the kids. Robin is very quick to respond to any questions and the check-in process was super easy. We are looking forward to coming back!!

Location was great - easy walking to shops and restaurants (a few short blocks). Saturday Farmers market with food and local crafts is right across the street. House was clean and a comfortable size for a family of 4. Kids shared the room with two beds. We liked people watching from the front porch swing and rocking chairs. Used the full kitchen to make breakfast and lunch.

We enjoyed our stay at the Starfish. The cottage was clean and well decorated. It was a great location especially for the 4th of July and we didn't have to get in the crowd.

Starfish was a clean, comfortable cottage, with all the necessary amenities. Convenient location, within walking distance of the Beaufort waterfront. Easy drive to beaches and other activities. We had a great time!

This Starfish Cottage was the perfect place for my wife and I, our small pup, and our two best friends to all spend a week in Beaufort. The cottage was beautiful and clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. Spacious kitchen where we cooked many of our meals and the dining room had plenty of room to also have my wife's parents over for a couple meals while we were in town. Washer & dryer worked great which helped with our multiple island beach trips. Beds were very comfortable. The porch is a great place to relax, hang out, read, nap, or just watch the world go by. It was also even a source of some morning coffee-time entertainment when we got to catch some courthouse parking-lot drama one morning which was hilarious. The cottage location can't get much better being just a couple blocks off of Front St. and also having the convenience of Big Daddy Wesley's close in the other direction to pick up anything we missed grabbing from the Pig. We did end up having one minor issue with our pup who got spooked during a triathalon that was running by the front of the house one morning/afternoon, but thankfully Robin was really easy to contact and communicate with and was GREAT helping us get things sorted out. The parking situation behind the cottage worked out well. We actually had _just_ enough room to park a two-seat golf cart we had rented behind our car in the same single spot. But having free courthouse parking lot access as a fall back on eased our minds in case we needed it. We would have needed to use it if we had rented the large golf cart or if the Coral cottage in the rear was occupied at the time and/or had a larger vehicle. Luckily there was an outdoor outlet to use right there on the side of the garage next to the Starfish spot to so we didn't need to run an extension cord to charge the golf cart. Although, I'm not sure how well it would have worked out in the parking spots for the other cottages given their proximity to that one outdoor socket we found next to our parking spot. Maybe there's other outdoor sockets near the other cottages, we just didn't see/look for them, but otherwise extension cords would likely be needed for charging a golf cart. Overall our stay at Starfish was AMAZING and we would absolutely book with Robin again! We absolutely recommend this place 11/10!

This is a beautiful, historic home with well-done upgrades! It was extremely clean, beds were awesome, and the location is great for walking to all of downtown Beaufort! Being pet-friendly was also important for us. Highly recommend this property!
