Five adults visited. Two nights. Quiet neighborhood, easy walks to Markets and Space Needle area. Also speedy trips on ride share. Plenty of space for us to relax. Nice well-equipped kitchen.

Spacious house for 8 adults. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but a close walk to some great nightlife.

We were in Seattle for a few days on our way to a family wedding in Leavenworth, Washington. I was looking for a place that could accommodate our family of six, including four teenagers who are particular about their sleeping arrangements. We found the right place! Everyone had a super comfortable bed that met their expectations (whew!). Very safe and friendly neighborhood. We were also conveniently located near some great coffee and pizza spots right down the streets. Note that parking on the street can be tricky. Just allow for extra time. We always found something within a five minute walk of the house. Overall it was a great stay in Seattle!!

Well stocked kitchen, spacious rooms and community areas. Great for families, friends or couples. Walking distance to lots of dining options.

All things considered I would rate this as a positive positive experience. The house was clean and all appliances worked. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was a pleasant place for my group to socialize . However, there were two issues that would cause me to reconsider staying here again, the first is probably beyond the control of the owner and that issue is parking. It was often difficult to find a parking place as the neighborhood is close to downtown and there were lots of vehicles. The second issue and the one that would probably cause me not to stay here again is the fact that the controls for the heater were locked and unaccessible. I find that unacceptable because if I’m staying in a “home“ I should have access to those controls. This is part of a community center, and if that was made known to me before hand, I don’t recall it. However we never had any issue with people using the community center attached to the house .

The property was the perfect size for our family of 8. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property to others.

Great location! We didn’t realize it was a house with bedrooms on 2nd floor. But we got our stairs in lol.

Close to great restaurants and nice quiet neighborhood
