I had a wonderful peaceful experience visiting this complex. Special thanks to Tony (Lorenzo) who won the extra mile to make her stay as wonderful as possible.
Although it looked pretty clear that there were some renovations done, everything else was perfect. Also most of the people now handle credit cards. It will be more comfortable for a lot of people if they accept credit cards at the location

The worst place I have ever been, no water flow, and sometimes no water at all, no hot water in the showers, multiple power outages, very weak light in the cabins, very bad atmosphere, very small pool for 3 cabins, will not return and do not recommend to anyone!!! !

Lorenzo (duty manager) is an amazing host: very friendly and helpful. At Colina Buena Vista, you are far away from the crowds in Jarabacoa.
Kitchen was not equipped well. Not enough and only some very old pots and pans. Shower was sometimes warm, sometimes not (which can be annoying because in this mountain region, it is colder than in other parts of the Dominican Republic).

Place is really on a fantastic location. So peacfull and quiet. All pleace is really clean including a lovely pool. If you want there is a grill at your disposal.
We also had problem with a car next morning and the owner was really healpfull getting a mechanic without a question.

The outside view
The cabins are outdated, a lot of issues with the water and electricity. We were without power for about 8 hours, the water was off and on. A complete disaster.
