We were really impressed with how well organized and stocked the villa was. It felt like home away from home. We were very comfortable. Thank you for making our weekend great. I just wish that water park passes were included.

I have one complaint. The master room balcony was dangerous. My daughter could have fallen thru. But for the most part it was a great experience to be here.

The property is located in what I believe is the perfect spot of seclusion and the charm of downtown Utica. The villa was super accessible, comfortable, and was the perfect escape that we needed. We will definitely be back.

Property is in a convenient location to the many local areas of interest. It is nicely decorated, very clean, and pleasantly stocked with amenities. Communication with the manager was excellent.

it's hard to find at night, even after you know the way, so be sure to come prepared. inside is very nice. evrything worked except for the wi-fi, and that will probably be remedied very soon since we made the property owner aware. cozy fireplace, kids loved the spa tub, just the right amount of space for 10 people. shampoo and conditioner provided for those who forgot, as well as a bit of non perishable food to tide you over if needing a snack upon arrival.

This hosts premier rating is well-deserved. The property was spotless, seasonally decorated, and included all the little details such as toiletries, spices, coffee, snuggly blankets, board games, equipment so we could utilize the mini-golf course, and so much more. When trying to find the unit after dark (as we did) look for plaques on second floor balconies which contain the building letters. There is one letter plaque on each building.

The villa was a great size with areas we could be together and spaces where a girl could be alone. Communication was great. Would definitely rent again!

This is a very clean property, and nicer in person than the photos. There is ample supplies for cooking, and a decent supply of staples like flour and olive oil, salt and pepper, etc. I liked that there was good hand soap dispensers at each sink, and hand lotion too. There was tasteful seasonal decor here and there, but not too much. A good selection of games and kids books are on hand. The location is super close to Starved Rock and Mattheison. The unit can be a little hard to find if coming in after dark, but it all gets figured out. Decent playground on site, and mini golf too.

We came to Starved Rock for a fall getaway and to see the fall colors. This place was perfect. It was clean, well stocked with necessities and even decorated for the fall. We had 2 adults and 3 children. It was very spacious for our family. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This space was perfect for our girls retreat weekend. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The owner was responsive to questions and addressed the lack of a working coffee pot promptly and effectively. Thank you for a safe, clean space for us to retreat to each year. We look forward to our next stay here.

This vacation villa is the perfect place for families looking for a get away to Starved Rock. The amenities are just enough and it makes the whole experience easy and lovely.

Place and owner were fantastic. Front door doesn’t have a dead bolt or extra personal lock. Great place though!

Every year, a group of us get away for a week or so in the summer (we’re all educators). This year we decided to stay close to home. We couldn’t have picked a better villa, better hostess, better location!!

It is close to all the state parks that we hiked in. My one complaint is the carpet is torn. I am not a fan of carpet because it holds dirt. Other than that, it was a great place for our family to stay.

While my husband and I did enjoy our visit to Starved Rock, the Villa served the purpose for quietness and a place to stay. My overall thoughts/suggestions are that Villa needs improvement. To begin with, when my husband and I arrived the smoke detector was beeping and needed batteries (there were none in the alarm). Housekeeping brought 2 which we put in and solved this issue. Second: I noticed that there were no "welcome to the Villa letter and instructions" like most places you stay at: example-address and number to call/what to do if there's an emergency. It's a remote area... Third: Operating the TV's was a joke-especially upstairs when one remote was in one room and the other remote in the other room... Didn't know there was Comcast in the master bedroom until the 2nd/3rd day. Fourth: Went to make dinner the first night and noticed there were no plates, etc. Only to find out the next day that the dishwasher was never unloaded by housekeeping before we arrived and I refused to unload it given the steep housekeeping charge. Fifth: Put a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. Sixth: Replace the carpet like other people have mentioned. Last but not least, the tile floors needs more TLC before guests arrive. Anyone going in the future, take your INDOOR SHOES with you. Enjoy!

The property was great. Great space with 4 adult children and parents to sleep and make meals. Loved the mini-golf and close proximity to Starved Rock State Park.

We had a great time in this Villa! It was very close to Starved Rock State Park where we attended a wedding. My sister and brother stayed in villas, too, and it was convenient for them and their families to come over to visit and work on the puzzle! The villa was clean and the beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were high quality. It is in a peaceful location. The gas fireplace added a nice atmosphere and the kitchen had everything needed. Great villa, I would rent it again.

This was a perfect property for a family weekend getaway. The location was 5 minutes from Starved Rock State Park. The property was very spacious with a great open floor plan. The kitchen was furnished with coffee and tea and also cooking supplies. The dining table was great for playing games and there was ample room on the couches for everyone to hang out. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The property was quiet.
