Our visit was disappointing. No one told us that everything would be closed for most of our stay. The room was abysmal. No peep hole in the door. The nightstand light was too small for anything. Our microwave worked but didn't rotate. No towel rack at the sink. Toilet seat needed replacing. The couch in our room looked like it came from a homeless shelter. TV way too small. The room was so poorly lit the place felt like a cave. The remote power button didn't work and we had to unplug the TV. The patio deck rail was completely rotten away and we could have pushed it over. Too dangerous for small children or ones who don't listen not to touch. Our check-in and check-out were poor - the staff members barely spoke or even looked at us and I doubt they cared at all about us even being there. We had already stayed at four other properties on our road trip before getting to this one, and this was easily and far away the worst of them. We had high hopes about being able to bring our grandchildren here for a later trip, but that won't happen now. Save your money, or at least be sure to ask about what is operating at the time of your visit before you reserve. "Resort" in their name is very loosely used.

The website is misleading stating the water park is open all day. Half of it is shutdown (the best part of it, slides, bucket, and lazy river flow) until 4pm…also! The life guards decided to shutdown a yellow slide just cause the kids were “breaking the rules,” instead of them actually doing their job. The sheets seemed clean but the bed itself had lots of stains. Water pressure for showers were so low and our tub didn’t drain until an hour later. The food was pretty decent, and I liked that you could order a pizza to the pool. Community areas were all well kept. Just wish they had the water park area open entirely all day cause that’s the entire reason we booked here.

It’s a good place to take the kids for a small getaway. 2nd time coming, definitely will be back.

The room felt dirty. The table in the room was falling apart. There was an awful smell in the room as well. It was like they just didn’t care. Everything except the bar closed at 9p. No room service.I’m still waiting for me refund because we opted not to stay the whole weekend because I just didn’t feel like it was worth the money we spent.

the water park wasn't big already, yet they didn't open the wave and bucket, younger kids can spend 2-3 hours is enough

Nice quick get away

The kids had a great time at the facility and loved the waterpark. The facility itself didn’t strike me as particularly clean. Our room had to be vacuumed when we arrived as a rice crispy from the previous guest had been left behind. The customer service was pretty poor. We found the front desk staff as well as the lifeguards to be very rude. On the morning of checkout house keeping was pounding at our door at 8am waking our sleeping kids. When I called the front desk she was very rude and stated they needed to see what rooms they could clean as they have a job to do.

Rooms were dirty, stains on bed and around bed frame. Day after i left i had 2 red itchy rashes on my forearm. Was told by housekeeping that we could not get fresh towels and had to used the only towels that came in the room the day we checked in. Outdated/dirty couch in room. Was not worth the price

Food and live music could be better more diversity would go alone way

We had no washer, faucet in the kitchen was kinda broke. Railing was lose on the deck. And upstairs was super hot. We had no phone to call about the pull out bed which broke. Staff was amazing when we had to talk to them.

It was nice. But the hours are strange for amenities. During week not many things open. Have to go on weekend.

Checking in was easy and the hotel is conveniently located by the State Park. I was surprised with the limited hours of the restaurant: kitchen closes at 7.45pm. I ended up having to drive out for dinner.

Hotel is really nice/ cute. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Lots of good food. Water park was great.

We took out 2 year old son and he had a blast just us we did too. The water park was amazing

The water park was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old kids. Our 12 year old enjoyed the tube and body slides! The lodge room sizes were good size. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms had a roach and the carpeting was very dirty. After taking a bath, the 3year olds feet were black on the bottom after playing in the room. The other room had no bugs and fairly clean. The restaurant had good food We were glad we didnt have to go anywhere else for food.

It was ok.

It was your basic stay. Price was good but the mattresses in the pull out sofas were dirty, totally soiled on the underside of the mattresses annd uncomfortable and falling apart!!! There were dishes already chipped and At 750.00 incidentals they need to make sure things are in tip top shape!!! My family likes to get together once a year and this place was 3 out of five at best. People were nice. The line sf the cafe was long but they were nice.

Fun place for a family get away. Not fancy but the staff was great, especially Jordan at the front desk!

The rooms were clean, the amenities were nice, I never saw the miniature golf open even on Saturday in July. They advertise wi-fi, but it is so slow that it is unusable. I couldn't even load a web page. The wi-fi is non-existent. If that's not a big deal for you then, over all it was a nice place to stay.

Definitely needs an update and outdoor cleaning. The restaurant inside did not have a good selection for lunch at least. They charge $10 a person for miniature golf..def not worth it because the course is very uneven and holes were broken. But we did have a good time at the waterpark and arcade. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

Definitely in need of some TLC. 1. Locker room: showers had mold, toilets needed cleaning. 2. Housekeeping is selfish with clean towels to the room (asked multiple times for enough for 4 people, recieved 2 different deliveries, still wasnt enough) 3. The shower head in the room shower needed replacing, tub backed up with water. 4. All extras close at 9pm, even on a weekend. They are loosing koney by not offering the arcade and eateries, not to mention it is very upsetting to guests. We still had fun, but definitely wouldnt stay there again.
