I can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. It is so well cared for and thoughtful. The space is very well utilized and it is evident that homeowners put a lot of love into this house. It is sunny and immaculately clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with high quality bedding. The location is the best, one block from the bus stop, a 10 minute walk into the center of Elk and quiet as can be at night. Street parking rules can be a little tricky in winter, but there is ample street parking and a lot of information in the house to help renters understand the rules.

This is the second time we've stayed at the house and we love it. Great location, great house, lots of family friendly amenities, and a very responsive property manager. Perfect for access to the mountain and town!

Our second year renting this property and couldn’t be happier (maybe if it had a hot tub). Terrific location within walking distance of town, 5-10 minute drive to the mountain and wonderful house. Perfect set up for 2 families with kids and the detached garage (heated) is perfect for storing all the ski stuff after a day on the mountain. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, property and environs in great shape, clean and intelligent.

The only thing we recommend is replacing the bed frame and the mattress in the queen bedroom.

Teocalli Time was a beautiful house, very comfortable and clean, had all the space we needed to work and relax. Would stay here again over and over. Would not change a thing.

Extremely well appointed and well equipped property located very close to downtown. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. One of the very best VRBO homes we have ever rented. Highly recommend.

We had such an enjoyable stay! The house was in great condition, close to so many things, and had such comfortable beds! Everything in the home was clean - they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - appliances, bikes, laundry, grill. We had not needs that were not met. Communication with the property managers was seamless. The home is near Rainbow Park and my kids loved to ride their bikes and scooters through the neighborhood. It was a great street. This was our first visit to CB and we will for sure be returning. Thank you for helping to make our first stay so enjoyable.

The house was perfect and we were devastated to leave! So cozy, quaint, clean and quiet, and walking/biking distance to everything in town including the recreational path to Mount Crested Butte! We definitely plan on going back, couldn’t recommend it more. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

The property was great. We love Crested Butte. We did have one bad experience with the house when there. We came home from biking & there were 2 men at the house. They stated they had been inside to check the shower & turn on the irrigation. We went in the front door and I was talking to my husband about how I was not comfortable with them just coming in & not notifying us first. What if my teenagers had been asleep upstairs or showering. My kids are older so they don’t go everywhere with us. Then the man comes around the corner from the back door & says “I am overhearing your conversation & I want to explain”. I could not believe he had came in the back door knowing we were at the home. He then started explaining to us why he was in the house again. When my husband tried explaining to him why we were uncomfortable with him just coming in, then sneaking in the back door, and ease dropping on a private conversation, the man just keep talking over my husband loudly. It was so weird and made us feel a little uneasy. Although the house is great and Crested Butte is just amazing the property management needs to have better communication with the renters.

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Very comfortable and in a great location. Easy walking distance to town and the ski bus. The kids loved the toy selection and the bunk beds. Having garage parking in the winter was great! No complaints, we had a great stay.

This house was perfect! Short walk to town, quick drive to ski resort or quick walk to free shuttle. House was cute, clean and had everything we needed!

What a lovely home, better than described! A beautiful little street off just off Elk Avenue and walkable to pretty much everything! A bus takes you to the base of the mountain and runs every 15 minutes - truly a home of luxury and convenience. During our stay, through no fault of the owner or manager a pipe burst in the garage. They made sure we had heat - it was radiant and they communicated with us frequently. Despite this happening at 10pm, the pipes were fixed and heat restored the next day. 6 out of 5 stars, this is the vacation rental experience that keeps me coming back to VRBO.

This property was better than expected, the pictures don’t do it justice. With a 2.5 year old and 6 month old we had plenty of space and the house had the essentials plus some for the kids! The location to the bus stop was so convenient to get up the mountain. They were very helpful & quick to respond if we had any questions or needs.

Wonderful house and convenient location right in town. Walk to restaurants, shops or hop on the quick shuttle to mountain. Nearly no need to drive once there. We’ll be back again and highly recommend.

Unbelievable time at 701 Teocalli! The house was perfect for our family and Ashton and Shay were amazing hosts. It’s a short walk to great restaurants/shops and right around the corner from the sledding hill for the kids. It’s also a quick/easy drive up to the ski lifts. Thanks for the memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 701 Teocalli. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It was such a pleasure making meals a kitchen equipped with great cookware and sharp knives - which is really hard to find in any rental. We enjoyed many walks downtown for shopping and dining. This is the first time we have stayed in town for a skiing trip and we loved it.

This property is so beautiful! We totally agree with other reviews that have said the photos don’t do it justice. The downstairs living area is so spacious, we were able to spread out and our kids loved the little table and chairs! The bedrooms are super comfortable and the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make dinners during our weeklong stay. The location was perfect for my husband to walk to the mountain bus while we took the car into Gunnison or shopping on Elk (which is also just an easy walk away). Truly an exceptional vacation rental!

This place is even better in person! So clean, great attention to detail, nice appliances, very comfortable beds. We liked it so much we might book it again for next year!

The fireplace seemed broken though because it was on for about 5-10 minutes and the whole downstairs smelled like burning wood (they are gas logs ) and the mantle was too hot to touch with my hand. It was summer so we didn’t need it but I could see this being an issue in winter months. There also isn’t an AC so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable and I was worried it was too hot for my infant. The linens and towels were great and beds were comfy. The floors were very dirty (crawling baby) so we found this out quick. Amazing kitchen and the location is PERFECT. the flowers in the front are so so pretty. Overall I’m SO glad we stayed here.

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a few adults and a few kids. The kids loved the 'bunk room' and we really loved the house layout, proximity to Elk Ave, and the character of the place. Would definitely stay again!
