we stay in this cabin we loved it, was enough room for me and my family. Was clean, and the owner stayed in contact with me during our stay. I will definitely book it again.

We loved the location as we wanted to be away from crowds but close enough to town when we wanted to venture in. The cabin feels secluded but is very easy to access and close to anything you would need. We loved the game room and hang out area downstairs. We would stay here again!

Pinnacle view was a great location about 10-12 minutes outside of downtown Gatlinburg, with a nice of view of the mountains at the end of March! A grocery store was close by. The house was very clean, comfortable and equipped as described. I think the listing shows the bunkbed in the 3rd bedroom as a twin bunk, but it’s actually two double beds. The hot tub jets were not working when we got there but Derek responded quickly to our message/concern. It was around 8:00 pm when we realized the issue. I let him know we didn’t need it taken care of that night, although I got the feeling he would have done his best to accommodate us if we had asked for that and It was fixed the next day as agreed upon. We were disappointed to find the fire places were also not working. Derek responded quickly to this message too. He had maintenance check them the next day but unfortunately this was not as easily fixed and we were not able to use either fireplace during our 3 night stay.
Re: Gatlinburg - We were there the week before Easter. It was VERY crowded, driving through town was very slow, parking was difficult and limited both in town and at visitor centers and trailheads in the park.

The host is very nice and quick to respond. He seems like he truly cares about his guests and their stay. The cabin is nice and cozy. Pretty view. Plenty to do with the game room and hot tub. The only cons were there wasnt enough silverware (and we even brought our kids spoons and forks), and the lighting is most rooms (minus the kitchen) was so dim and it was hard to see. The place was decorated so cute for Christmas!

The cabin was ok.
CONS: 1)The owner notified me of a flooring issue a day before we arrived. They tried to cover it up with a rug but the rug was not big enough.
2)Road noise….the cabin was one road up from the main road of the golf course, which this weekend, had a lot of traffic.
3) not really enough comfortable seating for our group of 6 to sit in the living room.
4) we didn’t watch much tv But Saturday was college football day and one of our group is scheduled for knee surgery soon so couldn’t walk much anyway. The tv in the living room was small plus not enough comfortable seating. The biggest tv was in the basement but steps were an issue for the surgery man.
PROS: 1) not far from Gatlinburg but far enough to enjoy
2) bear family lives close so they visited often
3)two of the 3 bedrooms were upstairs.
All in all we had a good time. The weather was perfect and the trip was good being with family we hadn’t seen is a while.

It was a very nice and clean cabin. The view was amazing. I loved not having to go up such a steep hill just to get to the cabin. The only thing I would suggest is that there be a TV in the living room. Not everyone wanted to go downstairs to watch tv. But we did love playing pool,the arcade game and of course the hot tub. The host Derek is awesome helped me out and answered my questions right away! Would totally book it again!

The cabin was very nice, and clean. The views were gorgeous. We saw bears everyday. The host were very nice, and checked in on us. My kids loved it. The beds were comfortable. Once on the main road it’s a straight shot to downtown Gatlinburg. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at Pinnacle View. The location was far enough away from Gatlinburg traffic, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Our family enjoyed the game room and hot tub each night. Morning coffee and a beautiful view on the deck was a great start to the day. Derek was very responsive. We’d love to stay again!

Cabin was great…exactly like pictures, clean, plenty of room for 9 of us. Game room was awesome, view from hot tub wonderful and great location! Also, host Derek answered questions promptly! Would recommend and stay again!

Our group of 9 had plenty of room. The game room kept our 5 kids entertained after our days out exploring the towns. The view was picturesque and so nice to wake up to. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The only two issues were that the bed in the room with the big shower was VERY uncomfortable and shower in the other bathroom was very small. I’m not a big person and it was very cramped. Over all it was a great place to stay. Derek responded to our questions quickly and the check in and out was super simple. Thank you Derek :)

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle View. My boys loved playing pool together as well as trying to beat the high scores on the arcade game. My husband and I enjoyed the gorgeous view that the porch provided. Close to all the activities of Gatlinburg, but far enough away for some quiet time.

This cabin suited our needs. Things we thought it could use would be a TV on the main floor living area as there are only tvs in bedroom, an island or counter top for kitchen as there isn’t much there, more comfortable seating for main level (there is currently one couch, two small chairs that look a little fragile and a kitchen table). The bathroom showers are all quite small except for guest bedroom on main level which is nice and big. The downstairs was spacious and a great place for our teens to hang out (had a pool table, foosball table, arcade game). The view from out the back of cabin was nice. Overall it suited our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Spring Break Trip with the family was perfect. Wonderful communication and flexible accommodations for last minute change of dates. Cabin is just as described. Perfect driving distance to anything you have planned for your trip with the hustle and bustle of the busy traffic. Oh, and the view! We had the most beautiful sunset on our last night! Didn’t want it to end. 10/10 everyday! Looking forward to visiting again.

The cabin was clean and plenty of room for all 3 families. The location was just out of Gatlinburg about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. I would stay here again.

Beautiful cabin, spacious, clean, plenty of comfortable beds, and a gorgeous view.
The main floor has a large open living room/dining/kitchen area (kitchen is efficiency size but has full size stove & fridge). There are 2 master suites with private bathrooms-one on each side of the living room.
The downstairs area has a large game room with 2 full size couches (one is a pullout bed). There is also a room with full size bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. We had 3 teens and 2 pre-teens and they had plenty of room down there!
The cabin was easy to get to. The last turn has one steep area but we made it safely down that in the snow.
Derek stayed in contact with us throughout our stay and responded quickly to any questions I had.
Pinnacle View made our family Christmas trip absolutely perfect!

The VIEW!! It was close to Gatlinburg yet far enough away to not to be in tourist stuff. The game room downstairs was awesome and we never turned on the TV. We disconnected and enjoyed each other’s company. Would stay there again and again. By the way, Derek was awesome- he contacted me to check on our stay and to offer assistance if needed.

Cabin is as listed, very clean, everything works, and also a good location. Great communication with Derek, we enjoyed our stay and looking forward future stays in cobby nob. We also had a visitor on our last morning while in the hot tub. Bear hung around eating and walking around for about ten minutes, lots of good pictures and vibeo

My husband and I just spent 5 nights with our kids and a friend. The cabin was perfect for the 6 of us! Plenty of room for us to spend time together or to spread out. Beautiful view off the deck. A perfect spot to see the fall colors and to watch the local family of bears. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as expected. 10 minutes from the grocery and 15-20 from Gatlinburg strip. Golf course at the resort was a pleasant sight to see. It was private and secluded with an amazing view of the mountains. The host responded back very rapidly which was nice! I am looking to book this cabin for my future birthdays to come at that same time. Neighbors were friendly and everyone waved. I felt like I belong and that’s what matters most. Thanks Derek!!

Our family decided to take a final summer road trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. We had never been to the Gatlinburg area before nor had we stayed in the mountains before. This cabin was so perfect! It was an easy drive up to the cabin and had a nice level area to park/and turn around. The view was just incredible. We particularly loved that the outdoor space held both the wonderful view and the hot tub! The cabin is so functional and spacious. Our boys really loved the lower level/game room! The cabin is located ~15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg which was an excellent reprieve from the hustle and bustle of tourist season. Derek is a wonderful communicator which made our trip so very easy. Pinnacle View was a winner for our family!
