The unit was nicely appointed, but the description is not quite accurate. it is NOT BRAND NEW. Obviously it was refurbished a few years ago, but things are starting to fall apart. (The water filter faucet, in the kitchen, leaks around the base. I reported the light blinking, Serena said the battery is out. No effort was made to replace it). The only heated pool is the kiddie pool for ages12 and under.
The Dyson vacuum cleaner would not charge. I reported it The owner ordered a replacement battery a week later I got a message that they had received the battery at the host's office, Someone would come by the next day to replace it. Two days later I sent an inquiry asking if the individual who was suppose to come by had gotten lost. Eventually Serena came by to replace the battery. Actually she was just going to drop it off, but my husband asked her to put it in because we had no tools. After 24 hrs. of charging we attempted doing some cleaning. The vacuum wouldn't even pick up an onion skin. The broom and dust pan worked well.
Evidently they use a laundry service to do the towels, because some towels were nice others were threadbare. The cleaning service does a terrible job. We had to clean the bathrooms before using.
Serena the "Host" is the worst excuse for a "Host" we've ever had.

We have really enjoyed staying at the Ocean Vista Towers in South Padre. This is the first time we’ve stayed in this specific condo and it was the best! Beautifully redone 2 bedroom 2 bath with a beautiful view. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely, updated Condo, our 4th time using Vrbo this one wins!! and the condo was just as beautiful in person, close to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance! Manager and owner both contacted us and were very helpful with things to do, we had no issues at all. We loved this place and hope to return next year!!

The best unit at Ocean Vista Towers that we've stayed in, beautifully updated and appointed. Serena the manager was very attentive in making sure we got there ok. Will definitely book here again. This is our third year at Ocean Vista Towers, but this was by far the best unit, love how easy it is to get to the beach, the playground, the kiddie pool. Everything was comfortable.

This booking was one of the easiest and most relaxing experiences I've had. The hosts have thoughtfully considered guests with thoughtful consideration, starting with simple and easy to follow check in. The kitchen is fully stocked with homey touches like an air fryer and blender. Going to the beach was painless and again the hosts thought of the little things thay make your trip easier and more relaxing. The available beach wagon, for the chairs, toys and other things in the closet, freed up our hands for our drinks! 😉
Everything was as pictured with no surprises
and honestly we felt like we were staying at a family members home. With everything thought of, its hard not to just relax and enjoy yourself.

Comfort, quality and style. Our stay was very enjoyable. We came in super late on Friday and we’re so pleased to have coffee available the next morning. Location and our view was perfect. Thank you 605, we hope to be back.

Great view. Very clean and tidy. Well maintained. They thought of everything including coffee close to everything. Walking distance to shops food and more. Fabulous view. Hard to leave. Very relaxful vacation

The property was just how it looks in the images and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes, pans, appliances, etc. The Living room furniture and TV's were updated which was nice as we had a few cold days on our stay. There was a electrical plugin issue in the master bedroom bathroom which didn't work. An attempt was made to get the issue fixed but it didn't happen. Needless to say inconvenient. The electrician suggested that we all share the other small bathroom for getting ready in the morning. The listing showed that there was a heated pool but the larger pool was too cold it is not heated only the baby pool. I felt this was misleading advertising. Yes, we came for the beach and the view but expected a heated pool as listed we like to swim. The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean .

From the location, to the cleanliness, to the awesome view of the ocean and pool, this condo was amazing! Tom and Alicia were very accommodating and Serena was in touch with us from the beginning of our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The photos of the property are very accurate, if anything the place is even better than the photos depict. The amount of high quality items available for use is amazing - from the kitchen items, laundry, beach accessories and more! You even get a covered parking space. The decor is perfect, the beds are comfy and the view is amazing. It was super clean, which is very important to us. We didn’t watch any TV but it has some great large TVs as well. The beach access is perfect, a short walk to and fro and a nice place to hose everything off. The pools were clean and refreshing. The beach was free of any trash, zero seaweed as well. A very nice accommodation for any family. Don’t hesitate to book. Easily one of the best properties we’ve rented to date. We will be back.

Beautiful Condo & Amazing View
As soon as we opened the door to walk inside, we knew we chose the right place for our vacation! It's a beautiful condo that was so easy to relax in and enjoy the amazing view of the beach. The Bellers were friendly and very helpful when we had questions. My family enjoyed our time so much that we are hoping to rent this condo again for our next vacation!

Perfect location on Gulf side of Island
Perfect location with spectacular views of Gulf of Mexico and direct access to the beach. The condo is well equipped for your stay, thought of everything !! Kitchen well equipped even have coffee, condiments and spices and much more to making cooking a breeze. No need to bring any beach or pool accessories they have you covered. Beach wagon, ice chest, towels, chairs, umbrella, tent and beach toys.
Location is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars plus grocery store. Many things to do on the island plus amenities at the condo.

Another amazing amenity was the TVs in every room with cable and Netflix - such a great added bonus. We were in awe the entire time we were there. We also greatly appreciated the communication from Alicia and Tom because everything was so easy and straightforward and they made our stay extremely comfortable. We seriously didn’t want to leave and we would absolutely return. It was so worth it and we are so thankful for Alicia and Tom allowing us to enjoy their magnificent condo.

Beautiful beach front condo in a perfect, central location!
Wow! Our family was overjoyed with our stay here. The condo is a short walk away from the beach and even comes supplied with beach gear if you need it. The kitchen was fully stocked and overall the entire unit/complex was very well maintained. We have stayed a many other places on the island and I can easily say that we will be looking to reserve this condo moving forward.
The property manager and owner were very quick to get back to us and were overly accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about our experience staying here and would highly recommend for anyone else!

Great place to stay!
This condo was beautiful, very clean and a great location! Walkable to lots of restaurants and there is a great bus system that is free and easy to navigate. Hosts were prompt with responses, even gave us some ideas for where to visit. Short walk to the beach with chairs and a cart for carrying all the stuff…beach towels included. Highly recommend this condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Starting with the building and the surroundings, which were exceptionally clean, everything was perfect. The location is very close to the local supermarket ans also right on the beach! The condo is amazingly equipped with every little thing you can think of - all kinds of pots, pans, spices, condiments, K cups and even zip loc bags and kitchen foil! Kitchen even had an in built water filter faucet. Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The owners have really invested in giving guests a luxurious experience. The panoramic view is easily one of the best on the island. There were also 2 pools and a hot tub which were well maintained. Overall, fantastic stay, will definitely be back.
