Hot tub didn’t heat the water, they are charging you for cleaning, but the cabin was smelling and dusty, and the bathroom curtain was molding

Overall a very pleasant place to stay. Property was very comfortable for 6 people. Nice location in the mountains.

Nice cabin.however after stay I mentioned to owner several issues..
No grill as advertised in photos, beds had dirty sheets and shower curtain moldy. Owner acted surprised and said would address it for next people. Afterwards i read reviews from last two families staying before us,and they had the exact same complaints. Disappointed that owner was aware and didnt address before our arrival, then seemed to "play dumb"about it. Would not recommend because of this..

Wonderful family getaway for the week…the cabin accommodated our needs and was comfortable. So many fun things to do in the area…a very enjoyable and memorable vacation!!!

The cabin is extremely outdated. The floors inside the cabin are filthy. My white socks are filthy from the floors and there’s a foul odor upstairs. The dishes were not clean and still wet, as if someone had just rinsed them off and put them back in the cabinet without drying. The hot tub half works, meaning two of the jets do not work. There is no gas grill as advertised in the picture, so they need to update those. The prices need to be lowered on this property, or there needs to be money put back into it for quality to match price. This is a lesson learned for my family.

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cabin as well as the cute little bear seen on the golf resort. What a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of today's world and enjoy the company of those closest to your heart.

Overall, my family and I had a very nice stay here for a week in June 2024. The rooms were large, and the cabin was laid out well. The air conditioning was ice cold. There is a small fenced area to take the dog out and good parking. However, the pictures of this listing are outdated. The deck is rotting in some spots, it slopes where the hot tub is, and the paint is flaking pretty badly. Trees have grown in, so the view in the pictures is only seen from one of the upstairs bedrooms. There is no gas grill as seen in the pictures. The owner said they replaced it with a charcoal camp style due to the bears. The inside has had some wear and is a little dated - but it's still a nice place, I just wish it was more honestly represented in the photos. Several lights were out, base boards needed dusting, and we had to clean mold off the shower curtain, but sheets and dishes were clean. You need to check in at their rental office at the bottom of the hill during their hours, and you have to take your trash to their dumpsters there as well. No recycling was available. The owner and the management company was quick to respond when we had issues with the internet, unfortunately you can only have 5 devices (4 of which are the TVs) on the internet at one time but the TVs worked perfectly for streaming.

The house was very dirty, bed sheets were nasty with hair on it, extremely minimum kitchen supplies, no gas grill, no gas in gas fire pit, we stayed for 4 nights and only two kitchen garbage bags were left for us. So, if you want to rent this house, make sure you bring everything and I mean everything from home.

Everything was smooth sailing. From booking all the way down to checking out. The location was beautiful, especially the deck view in the morning. We did have a slight issue with the WiFi but it was quickly resolved through effective communication. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property that wants to stay somewhere secluded with beautiful views!!

One of the best cabin experience we had recently. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to views. You will have amazing view of mountains in the morning. We also got to see the black bear while driving upto cabin.
Overall it was pretty amazing, cabin had everything we needed and the directions were pretty clear as well. Will definitely visit again!!

Accommodations were very comfortable. We had one issue with the ROKU and the property manager came right over and fixed it. Had a great, relaxing time with the hot tub and great view of the mountains.

The property was very nice and with the exception of a few maintenance issues was overall very good. There are a few boards that need replacing on the entrance ramp and some on the steps, other than that very nice.

The cabin was perfect for my needs! The rooms were all large and had good views. We stayed a week and enjoyed spending time watching the clouds rise and move through the overlooking mountains and winding down in the hot tub. I also enjoyed the gas fireplace! The cabin is about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg.

We chose this cabin for our Gatlinburg trip that we wanted to take during our daughter’s 2nd birthday. We have a dog that is family to us and finding a property that she was welcomed at was important. We found this property and knew it would fit our needs perfectly! The cabin was beautiful, the location was perfect, we will definitely consider this cabin for any future stays!

We met our adult boys in this wonderful cabin, to celebrate an early Christmas. The view was fabulous. We hoped for snow on one night, we didn’t get it at cabin but it did snow on the mountains which was beautiful. Nearest grocery was about 20 minutes so not far at all. We went into Gatlinburg a couple of days as well. Just a short drive beyond the grocery store. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Owner was quick to respond to emails and texts. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for sharing your home!

The property has a nice deck, large hot tub, comfortable beds and a relatively well stocked kitchen with more than enough seating. The owner called to check in, left a voice mail (which I didn't have time to return). She did reply quickly to a text later in the evening.
Living room could use more lamps and more outlets near each bed are needed (had 2 guests w/ cpap machines). The approaching road is very steep and has several switchbacks, could use more directional signs and lights on outside of house for after-dark arrivals. They did provide wifi but I was never able to connect - - could have been me. Overall a nice stay.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the view, hot tub, and kitchen, which is complete for cooking. There are so many leaves on the stairs (a safety hazard) and deck, but it was cleaned the next day.

It was a good visit. Only two recommendations I have for the owners… rebuild the staircase and make it safer. It was very dangerous to have two toddler children or our senior citizen parents going up and down the stairs. One of the balaustres fell off entirely. Second is to please leave more cleaning supplies. There were only two dish soap pods (with a $100 fee if you leave dirty dishes) and only two laundry pods as well as no access to a broom or dust pan which was a pain with two toddlers. With that said…. The property was great. It was large. The view was awesome. The parking was limited to two small cars only but that was good for us. We saw two black bears on the property. It is a long distance from Gatlinburg so expect to drive at least 30 minutes to get to anywhere substantial. But I liked it and would go again.

This was a unique place to stay. It had great views. The host was great. She touched base with us to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. I love that she had attraction brochures and coupon books right at the cabin. Great touch. We could plan our day easier.

Beautiful property with beautiful scenery. Very clean. Could have been stocked better. Could have used more bath towels and washcloths. Only had one kitchen towel and cloth. Had enough silverware and dishes for our group of 4, but a larger group may need more.
All in all it was a very nice rental property and I would recommend it.

We loved our stay. The cabin was a nice, quaint space that worked well for my family. The views,outdoor space, and firepit were our favorite things about our stay. The propane firepit was a special touch to the porch. We loved the ease of use so much that we are buying one for our own home.
The communication was amazing. We reached out a few times during our stay and she responded very quickly. She was very helpful.

The cabin was roomy and charming. I realize this is a pet friendly property, but i dont think it had been cleaned since the previous occupants. Dog hair was gathered in the slding door tracks and was under the furniture and beds. Just needed more attention from the cleaning sevice.

The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed visiting the Smokies, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge from this location. We also golfed and swam within 5 min from the home. The views from the deck and bedrooms were beautiful.

The cabin was great. It looks and feels like a cabin in the woods. Everything you could need is provided. There are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs (both have king beds) and a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and bathroom for the whole first floor. The laundry is located in this bedroom (in a closet).
The view from the deck is nice but is slowly being blocked by the growing trees. However, the view from the primary bedroom upstairs was phenomenal!
The kitchen had everything you needed to make yourself meals. The cabin has a small penned-in area to allow your dog off-leash time outdoors which I thought was a nice touch. My only negative with this cabin is the upper windows in the bedrooms upstairs, they have no shades or curtains, so in the summertime (since it is located in the far west of the time zone) the morning light will come streaming in waking you very early (one night the full moon was streaming in on my face and woke me up). If morning light doesn't affect your sleeping habits then this won't be an issue. Even with this, I would definitely come back and rent this cabin. We were pleased with it and even got to see a mama bear and her cubs on our way up in the car to the cabin!

Amazing views. Felt that the cabin was described accurately, however seems the couches were starting to show their wear, however we were not in the cabin for long periods of time. Location was about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

The view was as beautiful as the pictures. The close proximity of the others houses made it very easy to hear everything happening at other houses while on the porch. Hot tub was clean. Great water pressure. Appreciate the ice maker. Living room furniture was very old and smelled bad. It was surprisingly warm during our trip and the upstairs was very warm due to the windows and the way the AC is.
