Location was excellent!

comfortable large house, beautiful ancient timbers inside, excellent for the 4 of us (all over age of 18), easy to walk to gardens and shops. amazing home library and sets of maps.

Fabulous location to access the town. The house is clean and comfortable and utterly charming.

Parking is a short walk away and the main issue is drop off on arrival with suitcases. It’s very doable but relies on parking being available on Looms Lane across the street. A great pick up and drop off place after that is the War Memorial just heading into town. Very short walk but cobble stone streets so dragging a suitcase up there would be a challenge.

Excellent location within Bury St Edmunds, within walking distance for most amenities, sightseeing and restaurants.

The house did suffer from flies due to the rubbish bins being left full (we emptied one of the bins during our stay) and being left empty.

The house was very clean, for the purpose of our visit the location was spot on, and very spacious great house

Couldn’t get out of the back door (keys did not work) to empty household rubbish - didn’t have a lot, so took it to a public bin in town.

Lovely house in a great location.

Enterprise House was very presentable. Good amenities and comfortable. We were very pleased to find a Christmas tree and decorations around the fireplace which was very welcoming including the welcome pack which was completely unexpected. The property is situated within short walking distance from the town centre. We booked a short stay parking place in Looms Lane so that we could offload our cases before booking Ram Meadow car park for the rest of our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay with friends.

Parking is the most inconvenient, but not expected at a house in the centre of the town.
