Grâce à la présence d'un parking sur place, vous pourrez décider d'y laisser votre voiture et de marcher les cinq minutes qui vous séparent de Stuart Beach ou reprendre votre véhicule pour le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Plage Bathtub Reef.
Un barbecue et la climatisation équipent également cette location avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain. Connectez-vous au Wi-Fi gratuit ou installez-vous confortablement devant la télévision avec chaînes par câble ou satellite. un lecteur DVD est également à votre disposition. Everything was as described. Great quiet getaway.

We loved the corner condo at Spoonbill! The property is in a great location, and the beach was excellent and not crowded at all. The condo had everything we needed, and we used the umbrella, Beach Chairs, and the cool Hutchinson Island bag that was in the closet - almost every day. Johnnie was very responsive, and we appreciated a discount for the concrete work that was happening during our stay…while we don’t spend a ton of time inside in our Florida trips, it was very loud in the unit while they were working right underneath us. That was truly the only negative - would recommend this place to anyone!!

First and foremost, everything about the property was perfect with a heated pool, ocean view, great furnishings, and very clean. We did not realize the extent of the construction work being performed directly under the unit in the parking garage. (Jackhammers from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily). We would definitely rent it again when the construction concludes, but not before.

We loved our stay, the condo was clean, spacious, and the views were incredible. The access to the pool, parking, beach and laundry were incredibly convenient. The balcony was our favorite place to sit after a day on the beach or pool enjoying a nice sea breeze. Communication with owners was timely and helpful, we had an incident with lost car keys and the owner was very helpful in giving us advice and also reaching out to the HOA. The description was accurate in the noise levels so we were aware of this before going in, it started around 8am and ended around 2-3pm with several breaks through the day. This did not dampen our trip, we didn't spend long days inside with so many outside activities to do, by the time we got back in the afternoon the work/noise was done. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Communication with Johnnie was easy and so informative. The view from the balcony was beautiful with great sun rises. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and current. We use VRBO often and this was the cleanest unit we have ever visited. Look forward to our next visit!

From the ocean views (sunrise, midday, sunset, and moonrise) to the closeness to the pool to the immediate beach access to the quiet of the space to the nearby restaurants, everything about this location made for a deeply relaxing week. We can’t wait to come again!

This was a wonderful property. The grounds of Spoonbill were well maintained and cleaned. The condo we stayed in was also clean, had updated amenities, check in process was easy and the property owner was easily available if needed. The pool and beach access areas were also well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

The property was in a magnificent location. A great view from the balcony. Every ementity one could think of available, down to beach chairs. Although the unit proper could use some TLC. Closet doors off track, front curtains won’t open, security safe needs batteries along with clicker, front door needs paint, etc

Stayed in the condo for 11 days. It has a beautiful view with some really pretty sunrises. It is quiet there and we loved walking on the beach and to the different bridges. We would definitely stay again.

This is our annual destination spot that we cannot wait to get back to each summer! The condo location is wonderful and also so clean. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony each morning and walking right out to the beach. We look forward to returning again!

My wife, two girls and I very much enjoyed our brief stay. The fold out couch was great for our two little one's, and there was plenty of space for the two adults as well. The condo was fully furnished with everything you would need. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just returned home from our vacation, and I already miss our beautiful condo and ocean view! The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the property manager was very responsive to the few texts I sent during our stay. The area is very gorgeous and quiet - the perfect getaway!
The nearby community of Stuart is so quaint with lots of small shops (including candy, ice cream and coffee) with several places to eat on the water.

STUNNING condo with a beautiful view and the most perfect beach!!! It was not crowded and we had the perfect time. The property manager went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of even when we had to call in the middle of the night! I look forward to returning again soon!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our week-long stay in this condo. The photos are accurate: the place is absolutely clean and cozy. We felt like we were staying in a beach cottage. The view is amazing, with the greenery and aqua colored water seen from every room. No looking out at endless rows of chairs and umbrellas, as the property is lined with natural beauty. Beach access is EASY and the beach itself is not crowded at all. Jonnie, the owner, is thoughtful to provide EVERYTHING you need for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc). Kitchen is stocked with supplies and the furniture is comfy.
Condo location is just perfectly situated near museums, cute downtown spots, and nature excursions. We were able to fit in a short excursion, beach, and dinner out every day due to the convenient location. We highly recommend this beautiful condo for a getaway and would personally love to come back!
P.S. if it rains and you have a moment, read the book on the coffee table. Fascinating history of the area.

We had a great time staying here. The neighborhood was gorgeous/inviting, the property was well cared for/clean and the condo itself was clean/well accessorized and had a magnificent view. The host shared clear instructions for check in and check out and made sure she was available should any issues arise (none did). We had the opportunity to eat at many of the local restaurants, swim the beach and pool, fished in several locations nearby and watch the sunrise each morning from the balcony. During an evening stroll on the beach we saw a large mama loggerhead turtle coming up the sand to nest. During our day trips we also saw dolphin, manatee and so much more. Next time we travel to this area we hope to stay here again.

Very much enjoyed our time at Johnnies place on Hutchinson island. This ocean front property is well appointed, cozy, and the views of the Atlantic from living room and bedroom are stunning. Easy access to the beach, and pool. Looking forward to coming back soon!
