We had such a delightful stay and the house was gorgeous. We were pleasantly surprised by how much was provided for us on arrival, as often in self catering places we are only provided with enough soap or toilet paper for the first night and then we go buy our supplies for the rest of our stay.
The house was beautifully clean but unfortunate all the toilet seats were wobbly and loose. The top floor was the worst, and I tried to tighten it by hand but it sadly wouldn't stay.

The house was superb a real home from home with everything needed and more.
The TV in the lounge could be bigger for the extra wow but this is a suggestion not a dislike

Excellent location! The building was modern, clean, well furnished, and spacious. It exceeded our expectations. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that’s close to the beach and a 10 minute walk from the grocery store. Inside were so many nice touches! The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with plates, cups, cooking pots, etc.
The clothes washer/dryer was hard to understand. We ended up taking our clothes to the next hotel in London. However, since this is the only thing we didn’t like I think that’s saying a lot.

Loved the location, the style of the house and off road parking. Would definitely book again. Great being so close to the beach and shops.

Fantastic roomy house over 3 levels. Great beds. Brilliant location. 10 minute walk to the beach, the retail park or the town centre.

The house is a good size property(Town House). The upstairs for us was the best feature. Very comfortable beds and lovely airy loft space. The kitchen was well equipped.
The cleaner needs to pay far more attention. We found pubic hairs in the upstairs shower and head hair on the shower room floor. It looked like the shower walls and screen had not been given a good scrub in a while. The kitchen widows outside would benefit from a wash, as too the outside furniture. A large spiders nest in the corner of the front door, not exactly the welcome anticipated. The carpets(especially downstairs)are in desperate need of a deep clean or replacement. As a result, the downstairs living room harbours a bit of a stale smell, with several stains, that could easily be removed(with a professional clean). I went round the whole property spraying the carpets with a lemon disinfectant spray to freshen the place up. Not something that should have to be done after spending over a grand for 5 days. I think others have left similar reviews in regards to the issues I have raised but been too polite with it. Another suggestion would be asking guests to remove shoes before entering the property. Overall Disappointing.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent, quiet in a residential area and easy to walk to the seafront.
It wasn't a problem for us , as we were only 3 people, but for 6 people and a week long stay, the host could perhaps provide sufficient toilet paper, kitchen paper and dishwasher tablets as well as a change of towels.
