This property was amazing - very well appointed, clean, inviting, dog-friendly in a quiet neighborhood, we absolutely LOVED our stay! The owners thought of everything, anything you even thought you may need was provided. Beautiful decor, and our favorite was the screened-in porch complete with huge TV and wine fridge for watching football and movie night. A perfect spot for the entire family to hang out together.

Our family and dog had an amazing stay in Bethany Beach . The home was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious. We fully utilized the space and loved the screen in back porch. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The community is very welcoming, great for taking walks, runs, pickle ball , tennis. The location was very close to the beach. Our hosts represented their home exactly as it was and we were thrilled.

This is a must stay if you are visiting Bethany Beach. Such a lovely home! Great communication with the host, super clean and spacious, and the home is in a great location. We loved how close the home is to the beach and boardwalk while still feeling away from the hustle and bustle. The trolley stop is so close and our kids (and adults) enjoyed riding it to and from the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen is great! We had everything we needed, just had to buy the food. The home was comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids and our dog. We appreciate how pet friendly this home is! 10/10 recommend.

We had a great week at the beach - and this location was perfect for our family + friends. There were 5 adults and one older teen for the week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked. And the living spaces were comfy. But the gold star went to the screen porch off the back of the kitchen. Large enough to seat all of us with a giant TV - we spent the majority of our time there. The shade from the trees plus large overhead fan made it stay cool for most of the week. We also really appreciated the use of the Resident parking pass, as we used it to park to go to the beach and also for trips into town to get ice cream and shop. The neighborhood pools were another nice benefit, even though we had to pay a small fee. We enjoyed eating at Matt's Fishcamp, Mancini's in Fenwick Island, JuiceBox for smoothies, and getting ice cream most evenings. The kids enjoyed walking to WaWa in the afternoons. For shopping - check out the new store Aloha! We love Bethany Beach and are looking forward to returning soon!!

We’ve been renting vacation homes for over 30 years and this one was by far my family’s favorite.
We had plenty of room, the house was clean, exactly as pictured, well stocked with kitchen essentials. We especially loved the big screened in porch to watch movies in the evening and play games. The location was excellent with a quiet, walkable neighborhood. We used the pool, the trolley to lug our chairs and coolers to the beach, we also took advantage to of the resident parking pass that was provided when we wanted to drive to the beach. This home is everything you could ask for, we’re hoping to book again next summer.

This was the perfect home to choose to celebrate our father’s 60th birthday (and grandsons first solid food). Only a few short minutes from the beach, we had an absolute blast! Not to mention the amazing amenities at this property. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! The vibe of the house is so warm and welcoming. It’s spacious, open, and light and bigger than you expect. The outdoor porch is such an extra bonus. Great location. And Aisley was beyond kind, accommodating, helpful, and generous. We had so much fun thanks to Aisley. We will definitely go back. My teenagers are still talking about how much they loved it - and they are grumbly!

Lovely home…perfect for my husband and I to celebrate my birthday with our two large dogs in the neighborhood is beautiful for a nice quiet walks. The huge screened in porch is fantastic! Aisley was extremely responsive when we were considering extending our stay.

The house was perfect for five adults, two little ones and the dogs. The layout made it easy for cooking, reading, working, playing and more. Great screened in porch allowed for the early rising toddler to play without disturbing the sleeping adults. Also perfect for our crab fest.
It was an easy walk to the beach..even easier on bikes or the free trolley.
We all loved it and are already planning our return.

This was our second year booking and we were so glad that we booked this home again . Our family loves this home and the Bethany West neighborhood. You get the sun, the beach, the community pool, comfy couches, well stocked kitchen, awesome screened-in porch, new firepit for roasting marshmallows and the trees and sounds of summer crickets at night. We rented bikes to get around Bethany as well - very bike friendly area. The owners are so thoughtful (sent me flowers for booking twice ❤️) and they were responsive to all of our inquiries. We had a fantastic week!

My family and I stayed at the house for our week long vacation. The house was everything we were looking for. It was very cozy and clean and had a great covered and screened in back porch where we had our coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed the shower out back to rinse off when coming back from the beach. The owners even provided a parking permit to park in downtown Bethany. My 2 year old son loved the pools (baby pools too), and the playground. The location is also great, very close to the Wawa and Difebos market. We would love to stay here again!

I was disappointed with this beach property. The place was not clean. Because closets and some drawers and tops of furniture were filled with all kinds of “stuff”, we had no room to put our things. There was no room in the kitchen pantry to put anything. The pictures online made the property look so much nicer than it was. We didn’t use anything outside because the grass, weeds etc were not nice. We had to clean the chairs to use them. I just expected this property to be so much more for the money we spent, almost $4800. Really disappointed!

We had stayed at the property for a week as a trip after graduation and had a very pleasant time. Checking in was very easy, and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great and not far from the beach, and communicating with the owner was very easy and accessible!

Property is in a great location close to the beach. Parking pass provided for free parking near the beach which was very convenient. Was a little too cold for the pool but location is close to the property. My one issue was with the cleanliness. Both showers were extremely dirty with grime and dirt. I had to clean both showers myself because it was not adequate to use. Cleaning staff did not do a good job leading up to our stay.

Was a perfect long weekend . Very responsive host and cottage is perfect - loved the neighborhood and so appreciated bringing our two dogs with us!

We took a long weekend with some of our family. We are used to having a much larger family group but this time we just took one family so this cottage was just the right size and layout. We loved the back screened in porch and would have spent more time out there had it been warmer. We didn’t take the trolley which still ran thru that weekend, as we were able to find parking near the beach.

Our family had an awesome vacation! We loved the location, relaxed pace and home. We rented bikes for the week and biked to the beach each day, then rode our bikes the pool, made dinners in well stocked kitchen and played games and watched Tv on the screened in porch each night. The home was super comfy for all of our family. The hosts were extremely responsive to all of our requests. We loved the neighborhood and the home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this property was perfect for our annual family getaway. Although we'd prefer a little closer to the beach, the free residential parking pass helped for in town parking. House was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The outside screened porch with additional beverage fridge was used often. The only downsides were the size/quality of the outside grill and hours of the community pools/fitness facilities. The grill was a little too small for our group and needed upgrading. The pool/fitness center hours were very restrictive so we did not take advantage of this offering. Overall, I would recommend this property to others with kids wanting a house near the beach.

Things were great on the property! There are some plastic kids bowls but we thought there would be kids plates, cups, etc. Luckily our 2 & 4yo use regular utensils anyway & the chinet plates are nice & light (lots of plates, utensils, things to cook with!). The owner offered to reimburse us for purchasing (which was very nice of her!) but we were able to get by & left some to go cups for others in the future. Prior renters left a few condiments & things & it was really nice of them! The location was nice & very quiet with nice neighbors!

A Slice of Paradise
The house was everything we expected. Clean, plenty of parking, a nice quiet neighborhood. The kids were able to ride their scooters around the neighborhood and we were very close to the trolley. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly through the whole process. A truly great rental.

Great family vacation
We arrived to fresh flowers on the table and was able to get in early which was appreciated due to the rain. Home was so nice and really enjoyed the large screened in porch with TV. The location was perfect and having the parking pass was so appreciated.
Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for cooking but the grill needed some TLC to be able to use.
We used the community pool daily along with the gym.
Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Home in a Lovely Neighborhood, Easy Mile to the Beach and Shops
Our family and pets loved this house, the back screened porch and neighborhood were a hit, my favorite was the record player and selection of tunes left by the owners. The neighborhood is charming and so lovingly maintained that walking around was one of my favorite things to do. It feels like a fairytale place with nice neighbors and zero crime. For a beach town, I was pleasantly surprised. The house itself is laid out nicely with a large common area and kitchen separating two bedrooms on each side each side with a shared bathroom between them. The people who own this place must be really awesome, I felt like I was at a friend's house, so clean and inviting, nicely decorated, and fully stocked with kitchen essentials.

Nice cozy place near the beach
Definitely worth renting this place. It was close enough to grocery stores, convenience stores and the beach that you could walk anywhere. The back porch was a great place to hang out as well. We'll be keeping this on our list of places to revisit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s! Great lay-out with room for family dinners/breakfasts. Kitchen fully stocked including condiments and cooking supplies. Thoughtful touches and beach accents. Host was very communicative and provided great instructions for use of neighborhood amenities such as fitness clubhouse nearby. Super close to downtown Bethany. Perfect beach getaway
This is a great place to stay: a short bike to town and the beach, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and a house with all of the accomodations you need to relax and enjoy! I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will be back!

Total Gem
Just as advertised, this house was fantastic. While we have stayed in other nice vrbo properties, the thing that set this one apart is that (other than sheets/towels you need to bring) the house had everything you need and those things were of good quality. I can't count the number of places with terrible knives or cookware. Not this property though. I also need to give special kudos for the responsiveness of the host (even minor questions like where to buy firewood nearby got a response in < 5 mins). Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property. Overall the house was nice with plenty of room for family. Good location to beach and restaurants. Easy bike ride to beach. Established development with nice amenities. Great communications with owners.

Beautiful cottage
We loved our stay here! The house was very clean and the owner was easy to get in touch with and answered our questions promptly. For us, it was a bit further from the beach than we anticipated, but there is a trolley that comes by every 15 minutes or so if you don't feel like doing the walk. The two community pools are an additional cost which we were not aware of, and have limited hours. But the cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, we will definitely be coming back!
