House was very modern and well furnished and equipped. Pool, outdoor kitchen, and patio area very accommodating and beautiful view of pond and the many species of birds.

This house was perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked which my family appreciated as we like to cook and didnt need to break into our rental house goodie box! It is very peaceful at this house, well set up, not one family member had anything bad to say about the house. The only bad thing which NOBODY can do anything about is that those little no-see-ums, man they bite you without knowing! This did not deter our trip in anyway! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we all said how we would like to come back again one day! Thank you

This home is amazing. The layout is perfect for families with the master bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor patio is perfect for outdoor entertaining with the pool, lounge area, dining area and outdoor kitchen.

First, the house is way better than advertised. Before we stay anywhere, especially now, my wife does a lot of research. Her first requirement is cleanliness, and this house exceeded her expectations. Next is how the house is equipped, after a long trip to FL, the house again exceeded our expectations. During the pandemic, our inclination is to eat most meals at home, and there was nothing missing in order to do this. The kitchen was exceedingly well provisioned. Obviously, the person maintaining the day to day maintenance of the property handles this aspect seamlessly as well. We asked for the pool to be heated, and it was worth every penny of the added cost. We used the pool constantly, even when the temps were in the 60's. The furniture, the appliances, the finishes were all perfect. The lanai is the perfect place to watch the continual procession of osprey, loons, eagles, herons, and others going about their daily business, and also a few good laughs at the golfers across the waterway. Being in home construction for over 50 years, I tend to have a critical eye (or at least observant eye) as to the quality of the home. This home was second to none we've stayed in, in the US and abroad. We thank the owners for sharing this house with us, and allowing us to comment on their outstanding property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Pine Island. Plenty of time for relaxation and catching up with each other.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This property is a very nice, new and comfortable home away from home. It is across a small pond from one of the fairways on Alden Pines golf course. It was immaculate when I checked and has all the conveniences I needed including cooking equipment, utensils and dishes; even a Keurig coffee maker. The outdoor kitchen in the lanai is really all I needed for food preparation. I think that with the pool, dining table, big screen TV and additional seating area the lanai is where most people will want to spend most of the time. Thanks for a very comfortable stay on Pine Island!

Plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool was amazing and not too far local shops and restaurants.

The moment we stepped in, we felt right at home! The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the beach chairs and umbrella that are available during our trips to the beach. There are plenty of pool floats available. The kids really enjoyed themselves in the pool. In all, this home made our summer vacation very memorable and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

The home had everything needed for a beautiful stay! A note to renters, heated pool is a necessity. I didn’t pay for it with great regret as the pool is beautiful and missed out on some additional fun! I have sister in Tampa who said her pool was not heated right now and it would be warm enough but it was not.

The home is gorgeous and spacious! Loved the decor and the pool was a huge hit! Highly recommend staying here! Private, quite and safe!

This house is great! Thought it looked a little too good to be true, but it really does look like the pictures and more than met our expectations. Everything is clean, new and well functioning. The appliances are all slick and modern, and the overall experience is very relaxed and peaceful. If the weather is good it’s basically paradise. The doors open up to make the house essentially part of the pool which is a great vibe. We found the golf course to be a plus, not a distraction. It gives you something to watch out by the pool, but they don’t seem to notice or bother you. We had a slight hiccup on check in, as the lock code worked, but the handle was also locked so we couldn’t get in. Hopefully they don’t make this mistake again, but the management company was very responsive and got us in an alternate way quickly. The location is a bit remote and far away from Fort Myers beach, but if you want to primarily relax at the house and pool this is a perfect vacation getaway, and a great deal compared to the mainland. And grocery stores/restaurants are within 10-15 min.

The property company Vacassa was difficult to correspond with, but the home itself was beautiful!
