For me its a very nice home great location for fishing with boat slip at the bottom of the back steps well as a pool. Quiet area very relaxing.

Overall great place. Tommy Bahama bedding and a fully stocked kitchen. Boat dock 32 was suppose to be available for use but the owner had a locked hoist so we were not allowed access to the assigned dock space.

What a wonderful location surrounded by so much natural beauty! Made it out to Cayo Costa one day and Cabbage Cay the next. Kayaking was excellent, all nearby. Saw many dolphins and manatees (cabbage Cay). Made good use of the pools and tennis courts. We might not have visited the best restaurants… but had fun cooking local shrimp and fish on the BBQ. We thank you for your hospitality & congratulations on your purchase. We hope to return soon. PS. You may have to scout for roof damage on the south side… you have a persistent woodpecker bird in residence….

Very beautiful place. Not a place for young adults. 55 an older. The community is old Florida. No night life. Local bar/restaurants beer wine only.

keypad/lock boxThe entry instructions were horrible and inaccurate instruction said use the lock box when it should’ve been using the electronic keypad. Because of people we talk to have no idea what was going on

My husband and I and some of our adult children enjoyed 2 weeks of Florida sunshine at Bocilla Breeze. The house was conveniently located for water activities and wildlife viewing. It was clean and as advertised with all the ammenities(ie kitchen utensils, linens, bikes, kayaks) that made for a very enjoyable vacation. Three days in my husband declared “I’d like to return”. That says it all!

revisiting the area after a long relationship in the Pine Island area and really enjoyed this home. easy access to boat slip and enjoyed our excursions on our beautiful Thanksgiving holiday. loved walking out around to the dock and watching sunsets!

Our family stayed in this home on Bokeelia over Christmas 2020 and had a wonderful time. Having used VRBO for several trips, we've had good and bad experiences. Everything about this trip and home was great. First, the pictures very accurately represent the condition of the home and its contents. Everything from the furniture to the appliances to the bedrooms were all clean, like new condition, etc. One interesting positive comment is that all of the dishware, silverware, drinkware, etc. matched! That may sound trivial, but for an overall experience, this was wonderful. We've stayed places where there have been 10 different types of plates and silverware just mixed together. The community pool is only about 10-15 steps from the back deck. This is a smaller, quiet community, so the pool was not crowded. Being Christmas and the cooler weather probably contributed to that. On the couple of occasions we needed to call the property mgr, he was very responsive and helpful. We're looking to stay here again very soon we loved it so much.

Met with property manager went over house upon arrival. Bill and wife are super nice people. House was very clean, got to relax with nice breeze on the back porch and access to boating right in the backyard. Awesome trip! Local restaurants with old fishing town charm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bocilla Breeze. The house was super clean and well organized on arrival. We have stayed in many VRBO's over the past decade, and this house was definitely the most well appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking and there were plenty of supplies available to use. Bill and John were easy to contact and to work with. We also really enjoyed having access to the boat lift and the kayaks and paddle board. Highly recommend.

This place was just perfect. The house is very beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very well supplied-we had no problem cooking our usual Christmas feast. We spent lots of time on the screened in porch. There were 2 pools, tennis court, and kayaks for us to use. An added bonus were the dolphins that come up in the canal and nearby harbor almost every morning.

There were 6 of us staying in the house. My brother&sister-in-law, sister&brother-in-law, my husband and myself. Enjoyed having breakfast at the house each morning, dining on the deck. Used the pool a couple of times. My husband and I did the kayaking and bicycling. Three of us found that we could play pickle ball at the Phillips Community Park anytime in afternoon or evening. No issues with tennis vs pickle ball players during that time!!. Tried many of the eating establishments for lunch & dinner so many options available and enjoyed our choices. Took the Tropic Star from Pine Island to Cabbage Key for lunch and Cayo Costa State Park to spend time on beach. The captain made sure that we could view both dolphins and manatees. Enjoyed the ferry very much. My sister&brother-in-law stayed in the loft. They are not morning people, so next time my husband and I will stay in the loft! My family is not on the same page for politics, so having just one TV in the house kept us from watching the news.....probably okay to spend a week without politics!! Very much enjoyed such a pretty and bright home and being close to the water. Bill, the property manager clued us in to things we needed to know. Definitely had a great time, would stay again.

This is just the perfect spot if you're looking to fish the Charlotte Harbor or Boca Grande area. The house is awesome and located perfectly in the middle of everything. There's a breakfast place and a raw bar walking distance from the house and Tarpon Lodge is a short drive if you want fine dining. Already looking forward to my May trip next year.

We are four senior family members that love to fish and Charlotte Harbor is a fine fishing location. Unfortunately, Hurricane Michael decided to pass through the Gulf during the same week so the fishing was not that good for a few days. However, this home is very comfortable and we played games and caught up on some required reading. Very relaxing. The boat lift is beside the unit and the boat ride through Jug Creek to Charlotte Harbor is well marked and easy to navigate. Even though the weather was bad for a couple of days, we totally enjoyed our stay and plan the return for more relaxing visits. Bob & Kaye S.

The property is decorated in tropical island theme. Palm trees, pineapple, sea shells and other tropical flair. The beds were comfortable.the kitchen had everything a typical kitchen would require, and the open floor plan let everyone gather around the kitchen island. The gas grilll, screened patio and open deck along with the pool just steps away were awesome outdoor amenities. The boat slip right out the back was so convenient along with the little marina store with ice, gas and bait just across the canal. We watched dolphin playing in the canal everyday. The boat ramp is just steps away as well. What a perfect set up. We found Bokeelia to be a great loacation fiahing wise and it was just a short run to Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Redfish Pass and Charlotte Harbor. We definitely hope to return one day!

We had the best time staying in Sharon's home. She is wonderful to work with and we really look forward to staying here again. The house was super clean and had more than you will need. We like to cook in and with 2 families there was plenty of supplies. We absolutely loved the décor. It had a nice Tommy Bahama feel and was very comfortable. The games were a lot of fun. My son located a huge Jenga game that we all enjoyed playing together. I honestly can't say enough good things about this home and Sharon. She is the best. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We really enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet and the house was perfectly appointed with everything you would need. It was very comfortable and spacious. The views are amazing! Sharon was very informative and was just a quick text away if you have any questions. We have already booked our vacation for next year.

Best location and best rental we have found in the Bokeelia Island area. Entire home is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Simply launch your boat at the community boat ramp and park your trailer next to your car in a space provided. Boat lift works great, large equipment storage area next to vehicle parking perfect for fishing equipment, etc. , home is very well equipped with all kitchen supplies needed and many other extras. Furnishings were excellent, comfortable and clean. The entire home and grounds are well maintained and free of BUGS. Never saw a bug during our entire stay. Two large porches, one screened, one not, both had comfortable and sufficient furniture. Lots of amenities. WE LOVED IT!

Bocillia Breeze was just that-Impeccable! The house in every way... The attention to detail... and the amazing hospitality displayed by Sharon ..don't want to leave!

I stayed here for a brief time, and I truly wish it was longer. This home is stunning. Located in the Bocilla Island Club, it is the only free standing home. It is well decorated as well as situated at the end of the canal. The owners ( Sharon) and their local property manager ( Sandi) are wonderful and extremely accommodating. We will be staying again for sure, and I can guarantee you it will be for a longer amount time. Thanks! - John
