I liked the house set up. It was perfect for the type of vacation stay.

The AC was cool, the porch facing the sound was nice.

We loved the amount of room it had. It was a nice location as well.

The shower in the upstairs bedroom on the right did not heat up. It was luke warm. There was also dog hair on the beds and food in the kitchen floor. A set of living room blinds were broken when we arrived. It was hard to cook with no baking dishes, one bowl, not a full knife block, plus many more kitchen items that were needed. Working in the Short Term Rental/Hospitality field, there were a lot of items that needed attention. The wifi wasn't posted anywhere in the house. We also stripped all the beds, whether anyone slept in them or not for sanitary reasons. More than one towel per guest would have been great, too.

The house was very nice.

thought we could walk to beach cause of private properties, need to update website with new pictures of water view cause of new properties being built, rooms were not clean up and kitchen still dirty so cleaning crew could be better

the electric stove/oven is basically non- usable. the AC was either too cold or too hot. the mattress we’re old and too soft. the towels smell bad and not clean. the house is way overpriced! very disappointed.

There were 8 of us and the house was spacious enough to accommodate all. The kitchen was pretty well supplied with dishes and cookware. Well located for most needs and wants.

Beds weren't very comfortable. Need more railing at top of stairs. Can be hazardous for us old folks. The stove probably needs replaced. It throws the breaker if more than one burner or a burner and oven are used at same time. Breaker may need replacing.

The place was clean and roomy, plenty of sleeping capacity. Everything seemed to work as it should, A/C worked well too. The upstairs was really cute, porches were very nice, and the bathrooms were a good size. We were able to book it on relatively short notice.

Only 1 television. Location was good except that we could not walk down the driveway to the sound because it was private property. Charcoal grill was small. Enough room to cook the meat, but couldn't cook meat and vegies at the same time. Not that big of a deal, but one got cold before the other was done. May have been the timing, not sure, but trash cans were basically full and sitting by the road when we arrived Sunday. We were able to pack it down and throw our trash in there though Thursday before we left.

Clean and beautiful!

Owners were very helpful and renter oriented- they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We were very impressed with the details of the house; including a candy dish filled with goodies upon arrival! They followed up with us with any changes or tasks that needed to be completed before our stay! The house was beautiful and comfortable! Thank-you Cozy Crab Shack for making our vacation a wonderful one!
