Awesome house. Everything as advertised!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week with 2 families totaling 4 kids. The two main floor masters were great, the kids loved the bunk beds and the large kitchen area was great for cooking. When the dishwasher stopped working someone came out and fixed it in less than an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the cleanliness...both showers in the master suites were dirty and had a lot of soap scum (hopefully that's what it was?) crusted up on the walls.

I have to say my favorite feature was that every bedroom had it's own bathroom, and 4/5 were attached! That made sharing a house with my sister, her fiance, my in-laws and my children very comfortable. We were in Suncadia for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone to get ready! We really enjoyed both the front and back fire pits. We even saw shooting stars! The whole family had a blast having a family shuffleboard tournament! We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location of Eagle Aerie couldn't be beat! We had wedding events at the Swiftwater and it was super close. We walked the trail to the nearby park. It was a great family getaway!

There was also a Kurig coffee maker, but no pods for coffee. The biggest issue though were the steps up to the entry door. They're very steep with NO railings. I wouldn't send my elderly parents up or down these stairs. A railing needs to be added to one side or the other, very dangerous.

Eagle Aerie was perfect for our large family. The house had everything we needed and more. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everyone talked about wanting to come back again! The property managers’ communication was excellent. We always knew what to expect and where to get information that we needed! Thank you!

This property was great for our last minute getaway to the snow for two families. The layout is great, plenty of space to both gather for games or relax apart. Heated garage with ping pong was a plus. A nice walk to sledding, Swiftwater or the Suncadia lodge.

We visited during an excessively hot weekend (100+ degrees) and were completely comfortable inside with the AC cooling. Also worth noting was the air quality index was at an unbelievable 150-250 most of the time due to wildfires so we mostly stayed inside. Thankfully, the house remained cooled and still smoke free as long as the windows were closed. Property management answered any questions leading up to the trip, very quick and thoroughly.

Prospector was a great course to play and the resort has a ton of trails to walk. The house was very clean with great amenities. Two natural gas fire pits, natural gas BBQ grill, shuffleboard, fireplace, table tennis, hot tub and multiple TV's and games. Cle Elum is only 10 minutes away and Leavenworth was only about an hour away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The home was in pristine condition when we arrive, the location was perfect for getting to Dawsons Park and walking the paths with our grandkids, the house was stocked with all the "home tools" that are used every day. While we were not able to utilize the hot tub or the fire pits because of the extraordinarily hot weather, our little ones played countless games of ping pong and shuffleboard. The week was a success.

The property was as shown in the online images, may be even better in person. We also had temp issue with one of the sliding screen doors and they sent a tech next day to take care of it. Enjoyed our stay except couple of things which did come across as bit odd compare to overall property and would like to see fixed before our next stay. Bathroom locks, none of the bathroom had working locks except powder room on 1st floor. Secondly, the cooking pans were in really bad shape, and scratched , not matching the whole house quality. Specially, scratched non-stick pans are a health risk so we avoided using them completely. Some of the dishes in cabinets were still dirty and had food stuck on. Couple of bathrooms still had hair .

Overall the house was beautiful, great construction, full of upgrades but there were few things that made our stay not so comfortable. Firstly, the beds looked pretty but were of low quality. All the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in and were not at par with the house or the price, we paid for. By the end of the 3rd day, we all ended up exhausted by lack of sleep. The bedrooms had several windows which were good for ventilation, but there was no way to sleep in after sunrise. The Fans were way too high and didn't make much difference as the speed couldn't be adjusted much. One of the rooms had bunk beds but the room was getting super hot for the kids, no matter what the temperature in the house was. That room seemed pretty small to accommodate 5 beds.
The other issue was with the noise in the house. There is no spot where you can calmly sit and read a book as the insulation is bad. Even though we were on different floors the noise got carried all through the house. All of us had to be extremely quiet after putting the kids to bed.

After we got there the rules said, only if the sheets and pillow covers are left out on the floor or stripped out of the beds they will be washed. The comforters or the duvet covers are sanitized but not washed after each guest leaves. Overall a beautiful house with no comfort.

Only issue was the direction when you get to Suncadia the directions take you to a road that has red drop crossing gate that only city vehicles and emergency vehicles can go through and you have to turn around and go about a mile up the road to access another entrance. Other than that I would recommend this place.. the house has no neighbors besides across the street, so lots of privacy which is nice. Its only a 5 min drive to the Brick. I will be back!

The house is perfect for playing games and working on puzzles on the beautiful large dining table. Lots of areas to curl up with book, play table tennis and large hot tub. The house is near walking paths to enjoy nature.
