Very conveniently located without being in the craziness of a typical beach town. Super easy with a 5yo and a 1yo. Loved the quick drive to St Augustine. House was very clean and more pillows and blankets than I have ever seen in a rental. Kitchen was fully stocked and the knives were actually sharp! We hope to stay again soon!

The property was exactly as advertised. When we arrived, it was clean and check in was very easy since you had the code you could go right to the house. This townhouse makes you feel like you are sitting directly in the ocean. The views from everywhere were spectacular!! The beach was quiet and felt very private. I was hesitant about booking the middle unit, but we didn’t hear any noise from either neighbor. The beds were very comfortable which you don’t always find either! Loved being able to have garage access. It had plenty of beach chairs and sand toys available and it was a great spot for my husband to leave his fishing poles. The location was not only perfect for beachfront, but it was a short drive to Publix and downtown St. Augustine. We had one hiccup with housekeeping which we reached out to the rental company and they responded right away-communication was great all around. We would stay here again if in St. Augustine!

Beautiful location right on the beach with just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The condo had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable getaway with friends.

This was our 2nd visit to St Augustine and we knew we wanted to stay "somewhere" on Vilano Beach. We feel like we got lucky with this townhouse. It was on a perfect stretch of the beach with beautiful views, not overly busy, and felt very comfortable and welcoming!

This was originally a work trip for my wife and a chance to relax for me. It turned into relaxation for both of us. This home was fantastic. Our only complaint was the weather. But it was still better than Wisconsin on December. We will definitely be back!

This home is in a great location, convenient to anything you want to do in St Augustine. It was very clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Awesome direct beach access and beach is currently being restored from erosion from multiple storms over recent years. So any upcoming stays will have brand new, clean beach to enjoy. My only suggestion (not even a complaint) is that they spend a couple extra dollars on toilet paper that isn't literally see through. You could read a book through it, it's so thin lol. Fantastic property! You won't be disappointed! We'll be back for sure.

We really loved staying with you for a trip. Location was super convenient to everything in Saint Augustine, as well as various beaches for shark tooth hunting! Communication was excellent, and we found the home to be well taken care of and wonderfully stocked with household items that most properties in our experience have not included. We’ll be back!

The property was as described and the location was perfect. We walked steps out to the beach and saw dolphins every day. The private outdoor shower was so nice to have to rinse off before going back inside. The garage was perfect for storing beach supplies. The deck and balconies were great to sit and watch the ocean. The property was roomy enough for 4 adults and 3 kids.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay right on the beach with great proximity to all of the local things in town.

We very much enjoyed our stay. At high tide the water came right up to the steps of the deck. SHELLS FOR DAYS!!! It was so pretty. 15 minutes from Old Town St Augustine. So nice.

We have traveled to the St. Augustine area for the past few years, and after staying here, we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The location was incredible. The house was clean, had so many extra towels and blankets, there were beach toys to use having so many porches to sit ridhr on the water was a dream! Can not recommend enough!

Very comfortable and well thought out. Plenty of parking right in front of the unit and the view is spectacular. We had plenty of room for our father-in-law, two teenagers as well as us. There is a Publix right down the road and plenty of restaurants with views within a mile or two. If I was going to be super critical I would suggest new patio furniture that sits high enough to look over the wood railing and the master bedroom mattress was to firm for us. Overall, it was very nice.

The property was perfect and very clean. Our stay was comfortable and we felt at home. It was right on the beach and close to Publix and great restaurants so our stay was very relaxing.

I would like to start by saying I am extremely disappointed by the professionalism and hospitality experienced at this location. Before we had even arrived at the location I received a harassing call that went to voicemail where the host was harshly claiming I had violated parking and early check in ordinances as well as having too many guests. After calling the host back he admitted immediately to knowing he had called the wrong party number didn’t know what he should do after he had messed up. However there was never an attempt to call back and make wright or apologize for this huge mistake. With this ridiculous error over looked (for the sake of a nice vacation) our family continued to check into the location which shortly after disappointed our through the cleanliness and the amount of missing various necessities in the twin home. Multiple long black head hairs were found on pillows already set on the master bed one on a pillow in the other balcony top bedroom. Multiple long and short hairs in both upstairs bathrooms were also found on walls and floors. This was also the case with the coffee table next to bed in 2nd upstairs’ room. Other various unclean things included stained extra pillows, dirty sponges and no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. With the price we paid and the promised sanitation we expected a much cleaner, nicer and much more professional/hospitable hosts and location. Over all it’s a very pretty location, but only highlight was being clos to beach

This house is very nice and the location is lovely but I think the rent is too high. We've had as nice places on the same beach for much less. Also, the No Refund for any reason is unreasonable and a huge loss for us. Our son unexpectedly die while we were there and we had to leave after staying only 3 days.

Lovely townhouse, well equipped (only missing a kettle, we are tea drinkers) and location is perfect for closeness to the ocean, lovely beach and proximity to good restaurants and grocery

Very nice townhouse right on the beach with views from every room. Appreciated the good restaurants very close by as well as the ease of getting to downtown St Augustine. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for a better location.

Can’t say enough great things about this unit. The view, the location, everything. Having a garage to store your vehicle is a HUGE plus. Plenty of beach towels were available as well as beach chairs and even sand toys. I don’t think all of these items are in the description. But huge pluses if you ask me. I travel to this area twice a year and will check the location’s availability every time I plan a trip out.

We drove 500 miles to this property, only to be told by local authorities, NOT to check-in at this property, that it was in a flood prone area and that there was already a mandatory evacuation (Hurricane Ian) for this area, that included this property, that it was NOT safe. We immediately called Sandy at First Choice Florida and told her the situation, she agreed that it WAS a flood prone area and said that what the authorities told us, "made sense" and for us to leave. We drove about 10 miles north in which Sandy called us and said, Marty (owner) wanted to remind us that he has no cancellations or refunds! We were just turned away from the property by the St. John's Emergency Operations Center and Sheriff's Office because it was not safe, and this man is worried about money! Firstly, we never asked for a refund, we did ask for 4 nights at a later time, in 2023 or whenever, but he would not even agree to that. We did ask for our cleaning fee, the occupancy and sales tax back, since there would be no cleaning or occupancy occurring, and he would not even do that! We (2 couples) are out over $2200 and there has been no feedback, apology, or anything on their part. Again.. we drove 500 miles to our reservation, knowing there was an approaching hurricane; admittedly, being positive as we all know there are many variables with hurricanes and the paths deviate. We did not cancel our reservation but were turned away from local authorities; this is nothing but GREED. Shameful really!
