The Condo is in an excellent quiet location. Very Clean with beautiful southwestern design! The Condo had everything we needed! Very nice patio to relax and watch the wonderful sunsets. If we had a question, the owners responded immediately. This was our 2nd stay at this Condo and we will defintely be back!!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. The property is clean, neat, well- maintained and has covered parking and a pool. The location is ideal - convenient to grocery stores and is just minutes from “down town”. The owners have always responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend staying here!

I booked this beautiful condo for my mother and she absolutely loved it. The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Maria and Tony are excellent hosts and communication was top notch. The views of the mountains and beautiful Fountain Hills are amazing! I highly recommend booking a stay at this gem!

Great 2 bedroom. The kids loved the swimming pool and the putting green in the complex. We loved the jacuzzi.

This was absolutely the best VRBO experience that we have had to date! The owners were kind and welcoming and had so many convenience items stocked in the home from dish soap to laundry supplies to starter logs for the fire place. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable with beautiful high-end linens. We loved having coffee on the patio each morning while enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. This condo has a VIEW! That was the first thing we noticed when we arrived. Located close to town and on top of a hill the views provide a wonderful setting to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on your private patio. Troy and Maria made sure the condo was equipped with everything you needed, including fold up lawn chairs in case you wanted to go to a concert or activity at Fountain Park.. They were friendly and accommodating hosts. This property is a real winner!

This was our third stay in Fountain Hills in the past 12 months … and Troy and Maria’s condo was the best! Their condo has three main requirements we wanted – a convenient location, a ground floor unit, and a quiet and comfortable outdoor patio with a view. The condo is nicely decorated and has a comfortable, casual feel. In addition to the usual amenities, it includes two of today’s necessities of life … good Wi-Fi and a Keurig coffee maker. The patio has nice mountain views and is great for outdoor reading or meals or happy hour. A “community” table is located just across the sidewalk. There, we enjoyed early morning coffee or a glass of wine at sundown. The pool and hot tub, just short walk away, were clean, well-maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs. Also very close is an assigned, covered parking spot. The unit’s convenient location makes it fast and easy to go to local restaurants and events on the Avenue of the Fountains - the lake is just minutes away by car, or less than a 30 minute walk. Being near a major street also makes it easy to reach outlying areas like Scottsdale and McDowell Mountain Regional Park. From the beginning, the owners made us feel very welcome. We arrived after dark to see that the outdoor and indoor lights were already turned on for our late arrival … a nice touch! Troy and Maria were very responsive to any questions we had. I asked Maria if she could arrange for good weather during our stay. She came through for us … it was clear and sunny with temperatures in the upper 70s and 80s! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I was blessed to stay at this property during a portion of my traveling job. This home was everything I needed physically but also for my emotional well being. This home is located in a magical location where the sunrises will take your breath away. This home is special, and I am so grateful to my hosts for allowing me to enjoy it!

Where should I begin??? I actually am an owner of a condo in the same community. When I came across this condo on VRBO online I was super excited as I had family coming in. From the moment I messaged Troy & Maria I immediately knew I was in great hands. My cousin and her family were concerned about staying in a Resort as she had 2 kiddos and wanted to be closer to me and also have more of a home feeling for them. Maria answered all of my questions and then some. She made my family feel so welcome upon their arrival. The condo is spotless and is a great vacation spot for everyone! They add so much ease upon arrival with some start up items so people don't have to immediately worry about running to grab coffee, paper towels, etc. Such a great touch! The condo is very spacious and very welcoming. I highly recommend this property and the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you Maria & Troy so very much for everything!!! The condo is beautiful, well maintained, nicely decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. There was a "starter" supply of things like TP, Papertowels, etc. that was more than adequate. There is WiFi and all of the streaming TV options available. The condo is conveniently located on one of the major streets in town, across from the grocery store, bank and pharmacy but on the back side of the building so there was no road noise. We sat out on the patio that is shaded most of the day, talked, ate meals and watched the sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect little get-away and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts are fantastic and were very quick to answer any questions that we had. The location was great, just a short walk away from groceries and other shopping. Only 15 minutes from Scottsdale Mayo Clinic, too! I highly recommend this unit!

My wife and I have stayed in the Phoenix area several times in recent years, but never in Fountain Hills. Now that we have we may never stay anywhere else. Fountain Hills is a great little town built around a beautiful lake park. Our condo was fully stocked amd in a perfect location. Sunrise breakfasts on the patio with mountain views are hard to beat. Troy and Maria were great hosts.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks to escape the Midwest winter & it was absolutely perfect! Great location with fountain hills - close to the downtown area, great hiking trails nearby, and many golf courses. The condo was perfect for our stay too - well stocked, lots of space, and sufficient wifi for working during the day. Our dog Leo was with us too and the space worked fine for him too. The host(Troy) was responsive and helpful for our questions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a stay in the area!

This was a great location and had all the comforts of home. We have stayed in many properties that you had to bring everything including salt and pepper. Not so here; we felt very much at home from the minute we walked in. Weather was great to sit outside on the patio and enjoy. I would highly recommend this condo.
