Quiet family neighborhood. Spacious home with good beds, nice bathrooms, showers, all very clean. Management was very attentive. Enjoyed the gas log fireplace. We used the kitchen a great deal and found everything we needed for making meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub outside. The backyard setting for the hot tub was wooded and serene.

Overall, stay was awesome, the only problem was with fire alarms going off inside the whole house, we ended up disconnecting them, as advised by the staff.

This home is just the right size for a family getaway. Lots of space for everyone. The upstairs includes the kitchen, dining area and living room. Lots of space for everyone to gather. The upstairs master was very large and comfortable. The downstairs has a good size living room with a pool table (that was dearly loved by my grandkids). There is also another generous sized master in the lower level. Having 3 bathrooms for 8 people was just perfect. The setting, so close to the trees was wonderful. The artwork throughout the home was very well done. My one complaint, which can't be controlled, was that the upstairs area stayed a little too warm. The outdoor daytime temperature was in the 80s and even though we followed instructions for keeping the home closed up in the daytime hours, opening doors and windows in the evening and putting on the fans, the upstairs still remained very warm. Downstairs was at least 10 degrees cooler. We didn't let us bother us too much. We would definitely go back to this home again. My 11 year old granddaughter started to cry when we were packing up to go. She loved it and didn't want to leave. Thank you!

We had a great friend trip to Tahoe. We had plenty of space with the 6 of us. Although we loved the location, hot tub and great communication, we suggest the following to make the stay better for others. Fix kitchen floor We realize this house is in the woods but there were two beds with spiders in them, a huge spider in a bathroom sink, one climbing on the wall and dead ones in window sills. I suggest bug strips. Ice machine did not work. Water would not freeze. We had to buy ice everyday. Two toilets need handles fixed. The kitchen window is cracked. You list a hair dryer in each bathroom but the master suite did not have one. The jacuzzi is difficult to get in and out of. Needs a foot stool at least. Even though we noticed these things and a carpet that needs to be stretched upstairs to prevent tripping, we still had a great experience.

Great location. Off the main roads and hiking trails right outside the door. Great layout for a large group and well stocked. Takes 7 minutes to get to the strip so everything is close by. Would definitely recommend this house for a large gathering.

We enjoyed stay at this beutiful home. It was great neighbourhood and was very near to Lake tahoe attractions.

Enjoyed our family’s time away in this spacious home. Location was phenomenal for quick access to snow - backyard opens right up to forest land! Quiet with friendly neighbors. Prompt and professional communication with property management. We would love to come back and have shared our positive experience with friends.

This was an amazing property to stay in! It had everything you could ever need and more. We spent Easter here with some extended family and hope to make this venue an annual occurrence! The Happy Hiker lived up to its expectations, highly recommend!

Overall had a great time. Clean, roomy, comfortable. No real issues with the property. Made a request for a better large skillet (Teflon was peeling off) and two were on the porch when we returned from our outing. Only suggestion would be to put a dvd player with the upstairs tv as well.

The home was perfect for our annual guys ski trip.

Lots of restaurants nearby if we chose to eat out. Did carry out from Off the Hook and celebrated our son’s 30th birthday at the Lake House Restaurant. House was in close proximity to Heavenly. We would definitely like to stay here again!There was a lot of snow! Everything was white. We did encounter a problem coming home one afternoon. Our SUV got stuck in the snow. Made a call to RnR and the person answering the phone easily guided us through our distress call. I apologize for not remembering her name. She advised us as to how we should maneuver our SUV out of the snow. We did need to shovel the driveway as the snow plow did not come through yet. She texted back with more advice and shortly thereafter a snow plow came to plow. Yay! They saved our day! We so appreciated their quick response.

Family enjoyed the home but would definitely place personal heaters here and there as some guests mentioned temp got cooler at times.One of the biggest cons to point out is that 2 out of 3 bathroom locks did not work. And one bathroom had a screw makeshift lock that stopped working. If it was not for that. everything else went pretty smooth. Everyone loved the pool table and hottub. I enjoyed the electric fireplace that brought warmth to our Christmas holiday. Neighbors were really nice and we never received a noise complaint.

We had a great time in Tahoe at your house. The house was very nice and accommodating, being right on the trail was really cool. Cocktails on the deck with a view after a day at the beach was quite relaxing. The house could use an update and the spa cover is way to heavy to take on and off. We stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend in 2022. Location is good, trail starts just around the corner. This is a big property but is very outdated with lot of missing amenities. Also hot tub is very small. Many of the restrooms don’t lock properly as well as beds are not super comfortable. A lot can be improved

We got 2 text complaints a day from VRBO for noise complaints when we weren’t outside hanging out once due to it being way to cold anyway. The only time I was outside was cooking hamburgers. Just me because the previous night there was another two complaints. It was absolutely ridiculous. On a Friday night at 6pm I got 2 texts for noise. We weren’t outside once nor had ANY windows open. I was very upset as we were not loud what so ever. Quiet hours were 10 pm to 8am anyway.. On Saturday the same exact thing happened but at 5pm on a Saturday night! It was absolutely ridiculous. Couldn’t even have any fun as we were worried about getting a 2k fine. The house was great, clean, and perfect location. Although, I would never recommend this property to anyone as the neighbor across the street more than likely called for some random reason as no other neighbors nearby were home.
