Location was perfect to get on the highway and get anywhere i was working.

The rates were to high for the ac didnt work and no hot water to take a shower with.. also my deposit has yet to be returned even though my room was checked before i left the property..

Location, personal and room was pretty decent

Convenient location near Walmart and various restaurants and fast food dining options. I really appreciate that the AC was working well in the AZ heat!

The curtains were broken so I had a hard time closing them all the way for privacy. The room floor was dirty so I had to wash my feet after walking barefoot in the room. The tub was clogged so the water would each the bottom of my calves every time I showered. The pools were completely dried/drained out and the area was unkept so it was an eyesore (my room and many others had a view of the pool area outside our windows).

Room was decent but the property, not so much.

The overall maintenance. And the common areas are not clean. The lift is also out of life.

I travel a lot so when I need a place to go to for a few days I come here. Staff has always been nice to me, from the front desk workers, to the security guards , to the lovely cleaning staff. I have never had a problem. Idk ppl expect a luxury studio but it’s live-able! Trust me and I’m very picky I definitely will be back in a few days.

I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER BOOKING.COM RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE LOW ROOM RATE AND FOUND THE ROOMS BETTER THAN AVERAGE FOR THAT COST. BUT, EXTEND-A-SUITES OUTDOOR AREAS WERE UNCLEAN AND ODOROUS. WIFI WENT OFF A COUPLE TIMES AND ON THE LAST DAY IT WAS COMPLETELY OUT. THE HOTEL LISTED A SWIMMING POOL BUT IT WAS CLOSED, FOR AN INDEFINITE TIME (NO WATER IN THE POOL). THE FURNITURE WAS OLD AND SCRATCHED. THERE WASN'T A TABLE LARGE ENOUGH FOR MY COMPUTER AND PAPERWORK. AIR CONDITIONER WORKED BUT SUCK IN CIGARETTE SMOKE FROM PEOPLE SMOKING IN PARKING LOT.

Had to book online and when I did my reservation was never shown I had to go to another hotel and pay just about double for what I paid and still have yet to receive my refund as of last week I will never book there ever again Paperwork was not current and the night clerk had no permission to access hotel emails

Location is close to stores, restaurant, and affordable pricing. Beds were nice and comfortable, security onsite.

The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced or cleaned. Elevator too far from front, only 1. Pool is down.

They went in my room that I rented for 7 days...when I returned from construction job..my key wasn't working...I was told I had to vacate the room..they found 2 cig butts on nightstand...which I smoke out side..pull them out of my pocket when I changed for bed.there was no arguing with them..they kept my weeks rent of 368..and 100 dollar deposit.the security guard said I was 1 of 5 that day.this is absurd.468 dollars..for one night in a dump.seems like they do this on regular basis.i work hard..was 98 to 118 degrees for 11 hours..to be kicked out for something I didn't do...I arrived at 5 pm 1st night..was asleep by 630 pm..I awake at 300 to drive 40 minutes to work site.is there anything I can do to get my money back at least.

Nothi worked ac half th time no working TV. Clogged sink. Tried moving to different room 4 different ones and they all had similar problems. Ended up staying in my original room at least it was a little cooler than the others. It's Phoenix after all its only119 degrees

Was upset with everything. Just not a good place to stay.

Run down. Place needs to be under control. Drugs and not a safe area. Especially at night.

they tried to give me a dirty room after I had already paid for my room and then when I went to go check how dirty the room was, there was a guest in that room already. we started him and we got started as well. it could have been a horrible situation. and then I went back to tell the staff and he acted like he didn’t know. then he wanted me to pay an extra $22 for another room. horrible experience would like a refund. couldn’t sleep all night with the worry of someone coming into my room.
