Beautiful house in the perfect location! Beachfront with a pool. Will definitely be repeat visitors!

This was our second year renting this property. It is stunning with beautiful water views. It is a short bike ride and walk to the little center with many restaurants and shops. This year we did a bonfire on the beach. I would highly recommend it just schedule ahead of time. Next year we plan on doing a day excursion, either swimming with the dolphins or snorkeling. The Dune vacation staff is very helpful answering questions. I would definitely recommend this property!

Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful house right on the sand. Communication was easy and quick to respond when we needed anything! 4 floors so don't underestimate that - got good workouts! all very clean! Definitely doesn't come with any little amenities or pantry items so plan to have your own.

The house, view, and location were amazing. Communication with house manager was good. Cleanliness of the house at check in was NOT satisfactory. For the price, it should be spotless, including underneath furniture, corners and edges of floors. The glass showers were water spotted and bedding on one of the beds had some stains. There were dirty socks behind the sofa and jelly beans underneath, and one of the bedrooms had a fingernail on the floor. Also, the dishwasher did a terrible job. Pool was not heated when we arrived and a technician had to come out to fix it before we could use the pool. I would recommend this house for large families IF it was cleaned as it should have been upon arrival.

Our week at Summer of '42 was amazing. The house is gorgeous, and the furnishings are, too. The best part is the easy access to the private beach, especially during busy times when beach space is at a premium. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time and the property is so nice. With the pool and the beach right in the back yard the kids always had something to do. So many different things to do, shops and many restaurants very close, some within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property

Great house, great location. There were a few minor things that should be addressed, but overall, it was great!

We had a lovely week at this property, as there were 8 of us staying here. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The pool was nice and the private beach was much appreciated.

Absolutely perfect location with heavenly views from inside a gorgeous beach house

Everything about the house was great! They definitely could use some more throw blankets and extra blankets/pillows for the house. I did contact the rental company the day we got there about a couple things but never heard back from them. Other than that it was a great experience and the house was fantastic!

Better than the pics! Great layout, plenty of room for all. Beautiful furnishings and artwork in the home. Very well maintained. We had a great experience and of course you can’t beat the views and location.

Perfect house for our family vacation. Clean, had everything we were looking for! The pool was perfect heated!

Phenomenal property, views and very well appointed. I would however caution that many daily items to cook or functions in the kitchen are not present. Also, bring your own items to be able to replenish, like trash bag (none supplied).

Great property, reasonably new construction, great design and layout for a large family or multiple (3-4) couples. Wonderful gulf views.

Family had a wonderful week. The home is spectacular. Exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The pool was fantastic and every bedroom had an amazing bathroom and closet. Loved the balconies and ocean views. Kitchen was great and all the fridges were enough to store food beer/wine. Home is brand new and the beds were super comfortable. We bought and left some games there for future guests. Access to the PRIVATE beach was killer and they had chairs and umbrella setup for us every morning . Sunsets were breathtaking and to die for. Responsive owner. Had some mechanical issue with home and they were extremely communicative and responded and addressed immediately and made it right. We will be back for sure.

This property is amazing! We were three families. Plenty of room and worth every penny. Location and amenities were excellent. The house is better than the pictures and description. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful!! We loved where it was, the views are amazing, and it is nice to have bikes on hand. The beach is private, if I recall, so we did not have anyone sitting on top of us like the beach west of us did. The water was gorgeous and clear. Maybe it was the time of year (early may) but we didn’t have any seeweed. From 2nd floor balcony we could see dolphin, stingrays, and at dawn even a small shark. The house is big enough that our 11 +babies & toddler) did not feel on top of each other. Crying babies did not disturb anyone’s sleep (except mom and grandmother’s of course.) So good sound insulation. There is a table for 4 on small 2nd floor balcony which was the perfect place in the morning to have coffee. No pantry but more than enough cabinets to store food. Kitchen was fully stocked with any gadget, pan, or plate we needed. An ice machine has been installed since the pictures were taken which was a definite necessity. When the gas grill started to smell of gas (not in use), management had problem taken care of within 30 minutes and a portable replacement appeared by the afternoon. The repair people were great. We would definitely stay here again. Negatives: no TVs in 4th floor bedrooms (not that we watched any tv) and the balcony on kitchen level is not big enough for lounging chairs. One big wish: whole house filtered water or at least for kitchen and ice machine. The local water has an awful sulphur smell. (But others were fine with that and big hugs of bottled water solved this. This is a new house so there are no games or puzzles left behind by other renters. This house met every expectation I had plus more. Really, really beautiful.
