Tony was outstanding in communication and support for anything needed to make our stay just right. The condo is kept up very well, with bath towels, linens, beach accessories, and electronics. When looking at Villa Capriani as a destination, check the status of hot tubs, pools, and elevators. You don’t want to arrive expecting everything to be open, to find it is not or not working.

Tony was quick to answer our questions. Minor inconvenience of the dryer not heating but he got someone out right away to look at it. No fault of ours or the property just seemed from regular use. We were able to dry our towels outside. Unit had everything we needed. Would book again.

Condo was very nice. Nicely decorated with all the basics covered. Property manager was super responsive and friendly. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable. And they didn't have beach furniture available - not a big deal, just need tor remember to bring your own.

THE VILLA CAPRIANI IS A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX! WE ENJOY THE OCEAN AND POOLS, FISHING FROM THE PIER, FLYING KITES, AND LOCAL RESTAURANTS.

First time to TopSail and the condo and property was very good! Our condo was clean, with linens and sheets ready for us to use. The pools were fun and access to beach was awesome. The property manager Toni was very responsive to questions and cared deeply about our experience. Condo had all amenities and more that were listed. Some minor bathroom updates would have been good but overall great condo.

The condo unit was pleasant and the decor was very nice. We had trouble figuring out the tv so we never got to use that but we were fine without it. The unit could use more silverware. We bought plastic silverware to use because there were only 5 forks and zero teaspoons. The bedrooms were very nice. There were a few minor things that could use some attention. The wall light above the bunk bed is loose and my granddaughter hit her head on it a few times. The lint screen in the dryer is broken. The patio furniture could use an upgrade. The cushions are showing wear. The bathroom could use a new shower liner and the wallpaper is peeling off. The bathrooms could use exhaust fans. None of these things were major and we really did like staying there. The owner, Tony, is a gem! We had no parking passes and he personally brought them to us. We really enjoyed meeting him; a great guy!
The Villa is starting to show it’s age though. The hot tub jets were not working which was disappointing. They should also have assigned parking places. It’s tough to find an open space and parking across the street is not always optimal.

Once the A/C issue was resolved, all was well with the condo. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was well furnished and comfortable with a nice view of the pool. We could here the live music from the restaurant on the deck. The pools and hot were beautiful and it was great to be right on the beach! Great communication with the host; he offered great suggestions! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the stay. Easy access in and out. Plenty of room in the condo. Only negative was the pool was a little too chilly for the kids to swim in.

Beautiful Accommodations
The property was exactly as listed and what was needed for a relaxing vacation by the ocean. We really enjoyed spending time at the multiple pools on site and being a stones throw from the beach. We’d definitely stay again and recommend the property to others.

Great property
Morning sun and afternoon shade on the deck overlooking the garden/pool... perfect for myself and two teen sons to meet other family members in other condos. It was great to allow them to have the run of the place and to relax while they played. The condo was great for gathering with extended family (we each took on a night to make dinner) and our restaurant night was wonderful too (at the resort). Pools and beach so close. Who could ask for anything more?

Lovely Condo at Villa Capriani
Perfect two bed, two bath condo on the first floor for my family. Clean, spacious, more room that we needed. We had. Great time. Will definitely rent again.

Great pools and beach access
Overall this was a great property, they're were just a few little things that would've made it perfect:
-the dryer is finicky
-need more forks
-TV in big bedroom, the cable didn't work
We loved all of the pools and hot tubs, the quick responses from the owners was appreciated, and how close we are the beach was great.

Beautiful beach & pool
This location is right on the beach, nice view, easy 1st floor access to parking. Villa was clean and pretty well stocked. The loft bed alcove was perfect for a family of four in that room. Had shelves and plugs for electronics- the kids loved it! Overall the entire complex is a little outdated and some things could use a little TLC, but the pool and beach make up for it. Not a ton to do in the area, but perfect vacation for those looking to relax and do beach & pool days.

Great location, beautiful accommodations
Great 1st floor location. Lots of room for our group of 6 -2 adults and 4 teens. Loved how close it was to stairs and pool! Beautifully decorated as well. Would definitely rent again!

North Topsail Villa Condo
We loved the condo and the pool and restaurant access were very easy, elevators or stairs. Pools and hot tubs on the Oceanside made for such amazing views. We were there in April, so pools were cool and hot tubs not heated really hot, thinking it was off season. Condo was just as pictures showed.

Was sad to leave!
Great location. Easy access to and from the island. Very clean and accommodated my family perfectly. The beach was less populated and it felt like our own private beach most days. It was fantastic!
