This was the first trip to Rosemary Beach for all 3 families. Everyone loved it! The house was a perfect location! Because the house is located at the end of Rosemary, the beach access was quiet and there was not a lot of bike or car traffic. The playground across the street also helped to minimize crowding and was enjoyed by the children. The house was beautiful- updated and very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of seating space in the family room, on the porch and around the pool. The pool is small but an adequate size for several young children. The upstairs loft room is definitely designed for children vs adults, as the queen bed is up a ladder. There were a few small issues with the house including a missing panel, broken dishwasher and a broken pull-out trash drawer in the kitchen, but nothing that would affect the house rating. In fact, the pool fountain stopped working during our stay, and with a call, someone arrived to fix it within a day. There was some confusion with check-in. I had called for an early arrival, the request was granted and then revoked due to repair of a broken gate door. When we arrived, no one had repaired the gate. In addition, at the check-in time of 4:00 (on a Wed), the house codes provided did not work, and no one was answering the phone or email. We were eventually able to obtain a new code, but this was an inconvenience with young children as well as groceries that required refrigeration. Once we were in, though, it was a wonderful stay!

Property has easy access to the beach, short walk to community pool and is layed out well for family gathering.

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property. Great location plus an easy to use navigate property manager will put this property on the revisit list!

We have stayed approximately 8 different properties in Rosemary and enjoy the location. Compared with other properties we have used, this one will be at the bottom of the list as far as booking again. Plenty of space and clean, but for this price range it is in need of upgrades (appliances are problematic) and the layout was not the best.

The house is located on the quiet East side of Rosemary near Inlet Beach. It gets less traffic and is really close to the playground and to Coquina pool. We had no issues with the house and loved the small outdoor pool (which is the primary reason we rented this house). I love the convenient access to Walkover A as well. Just remember to reserve your beach chairs early! First row reservations fill up fast. The bar ice maker was having trouble one day and I called 360Blue. They responded immediately, fixed the ice maker, and dropped off 2 bags of ice just in case. Excellent management company.
