We recently stayed at this property to celebrate life long friends milestone birthdays. The property was amazing, and could not have asked a better time. We walked to the Tides for lunch one day, picked up lobster rolls and sat on the patio at the house for lunch. Our only minor hiccup was finding an uber/lyft back to the house after an afternoon of shopping, eating and drinking. We can not wait to come back. We have already decided that this was our new girlfriend retreat house

This property was absolutely stunning. It is located in a quiet well maintained, beautiful area. The house has lots of windows overlooking the ocean as well as the marsh. You can get the sunset or the sunrise! We were able to take long walks on Goose Rocks beach, which is lovely. The owner is available for all questions, and extremely accommodating. The home has everything you need. We had such a wonderful stay that we are working on a time where we can rent this property again. Thank you!!

As we left Montreal during a memorable ice storm that would leave our neighborhood with no power for more than 3 days, we were absolutely speachless when we arrived at the house and sat down in the living room, looking at the ocean with one of the most beautiful views in the area. The house was exactly as descrided: beautiful, clean, fully equiped and so comfortable. Communicating with Abigail, the owner, was a charm. So nice and always there to help. We had the most relaxing, beautiful and pleasant stay in a very long time. Thank you for this memorable long Easter weekend. We will definitely be back!

Chilly fall weather was perfect for our morning walks on the beach just steps from our back door. Stunning fall colored leaves everywhere. Large picture windows meant yoga from the living room was overlooking the ocean (including those cute white seals resting on the rocks in the water.) Absolutely lovely.

Three women from Connecticut, Texas and Maine celebrated a 70th birthday in this charming cottage with expansive views of the ocean. Adorable space, well-equipped, comfortable beds, with exquisite views from comfortable chairs on the second level. Everything about the home and the quaint, quintessential Maine surrounding area was a perfect backdrop for old friends to gather. We will definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful family vacation in KPT. The house is like new, very clean, and comes with great amenities. The location is perfect, right on Goose Rocks Beach. The beach was great for our kids (ages: 2yr and infant). The house is walking distance to The Tides restaurant and an easy drive into downtown. We had a great time and hope to be back!

We love the GRB location, and this home is in a perfect place. Although we did not have our grandchildren with us, it is great for children because there is plenty of yard space and right on the beach. We spent two weeks here the location is lovely for resteraunts, walks on the beach and traveling up north. The owner was great to communicate with, although renters should know there does not appear to be a local manager, keeping up with things between the guests. We found several items in need of attention, such as two empty propane tanks ( which we tried to get filled to BBQ), no information sheet for the home/area ( emergency numbers to reach the owner was missing),no blow dryer, and we had difficulty with access the beach for the first several days until my husband borrowed the neighbors' clippers and cut the overgrown brush off the stairs, and we treated the ants. Also, the oven was filled with spilled grease, so cooking indoors was not pleasant. we had a toilet leak, and the owner was very receptive to contacting us immediately to get a plumber. At first, we laughed off all the minor inconveniences; taken cumulatively, we felt over ten thousand dollars is a lot to pay to work on our vacation! So if you rent here, just know it is your responsibility to either keep notifying the owners or just do the necessary to make do. It is not a deal breaker , its still a wonderful home.

Fantastic location and house! It was wonderful to go on a beach walk every morning and to listen to the ocean in the evening while relaxing on the upper deck. Approximately 4 hours from Acadia but plenty of restaurants and shops in the area to keep busy if travel is undesirable. Abigail was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful location.

Beautiful house with beautiful view in beautiful area. However, a few ideas. Some furniture in the bedrooms and main floor. Nowhere to put anything because there are no dressers or tables in the bedrooms. Master bedroom door won't latch. Need anti-slip matts in both tubs. A couple of us almost took a spill. It almost seems like a work in process. Not enough comfortable seating in either tv area. Maybe a few more garbage cans. Other than that it really is a nice place. Unless you don't like stairs. Then it's not for you.

Perfect spot for a girls getaway! Plenty to do in the area if you wanted but just sitting, chatting with the girls and taking in the view from the sitting room or deck would have been enough! This house checked all the boxes for a great vacation.

Wonderful property to enjoy our first trip to Maine. It was just two of us staying here when our other family members had to cancel, and it was perfect. All bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. The kitchen, dining area, family room and 1/2 bath are located on the 2nd floor. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the quiet setting while drinking our morning coffee and taking in the fantastic view. The hosts were very responsive and even brought over a new coffee maker when the one there wasn't working properly. We would absolutely stay at this house again and highly recommend it.

Loved the location, the beach, the quiet! Owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house is exactly as pictured. The only improvement I could suggest is drapes or shades on the second floor—I love the ability to see the beach in every direction during the day but at night I don’t like like looking out at darkness. Would definitely return again!

We were thrilled with our stay. It was just what we needed to close out the fall. The weather did not disapont- Warm temps and fall foliage! The property was as described or better. The view is spectacular- sunrise to sunset. Beds are comfy and stayed up late cozied around the big table playing board games. Abigail was so incredibly helpful and responsive as we planned and when we were there. Clean and comfy, you won't be disappointed.

The house was clean. The view was out of this world that it made us want to stay an extra night. It was easy to. Access the neighborhood. The people from here walking down the beach were so friendly. Here felt like home. An oasis leaving you wanting to come back at the same time every year!
