Chalet Utah is literally across the street from the milly express lift. No need to drive. Shuttle bus stop is walking distance so you can jump on that and get to Solitude, Snowbird and Park City. Property manager was very quick to resound to emails and messages. There were 4 of us and it was comfortable. It sleep's 11 if you put 2 in each bed and count the pullout sofa in the living room. However the unit would be very crowded with 11 people. I would def rent again if I come back to Brighton

Easy walk to lifts

Really enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect. Would definitely come back with friends or family in the future.

This location is super close to allow for walking to the ski lifts. The Majestic portion of the chalet has amble space for our group and was well provisioned. We will definitely stay here again if it available for a future trip!!

This is an incredible property right at Brighton! They had everything that you could need for a comfortable stay!

Perfect place for our family reunion! Big gathering areas indoor and out, nice big bedrooms, we'll- stocked kitchen with extra ice maker and 2 fridges, across the street from the ski resort, trail heads, a cool LDS Church that rings a bell for Sunday services, and just down from a lovely lake stocked with trout and a wheelchair accessible trail.

This is our second time at this property It works so well with our family all of our kids are grown up and have moved out it allows us to all be in the same house with our own space it’s a perfect place to get away with beautiful views and excellent amenities Thank you

Perfect place for a ski reunion trip

Easy walk, lots of snow, a bit of a hiccup when we first arrived, but we sorted everything out. We had parking for 4 vehicles and were able to wash towels and ski clothing as needed. Kitchen worked to feed 4 kids and some hungry adults. Kids enjoyed the spaces to spread out when we weren’t skiing. Neighbors were easy to get along with, and the maintenance crew (husband/wife) were very helpful.

This is a great house for a large group. Right across from the Brighton lifts. Management was very responsive and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic in the beautiful Big Cottonwood Canyon. Everything was as described. The only thing we had a problem with was there were about 20 stairs to get into the suite that was not in the description. It would be helpful if it were disclosed that it may not be good for those who could not handle stairs.

Our family had our family reunion in Brighton at the Chalet Utah in July of 2021 and had such a good time we booked again in July 2022. This time we reserved the Majestic Suite and Big Cottonwood Suite. The setting is spectacular, the weather was perfect and the new spa on the ground level behind the Chalet was awesome for the Big Cottonwood family members. The spa on the deck of the Majestic is well, Majestic! We'll be back!

Incredible place and location.

The Majestic was an awesome place to stay for our cousin family ski vacay! There were 10 of us and had THE best time! The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, and the location to the slopes were great. We cooked, used the hot tub and watched the Super Bowl on a huge TV! This chalet had just about everything we needed! As a host myself, this place was well beyond our expectations! We will be back!!

We had a small group stay at the chalet and it was wonderful. The communication and direction from the management group was very good. The home is a perfect spot to enjoy ski days at Brighton! Thank you for a great experience.

Powder, powder, powder...the skiers were in their glory...days with non stop snow made one feel like we visited Narnia. The staff were so helpful and responded quickly to help our family have an amazing holiday. House was perfect for our group of 12...adults and children...plus there were convenient hooks for clothes and towels...something that is lacking in so many rentals...thank you!

We loved spending Christmas at this property! Everything was so comfy and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and eating with 13 people. We’ll definitely book again!

We had a great time. The Majestic suite is huge & we had room for everyone. It's a really charming place.

Great facility. Enjoyed the kitchen, the best we have ever experienced in a VRBO. Our family had a great time in the hot tub and overall things were wonderful. Only a few items of concern. The door code wouldn't work but after contacting the manager we then had two codes. The upstairs TV would not stay on. The ice machine needs to be defrosted and would not empty. We couldn't turn off the outside security lights making it difficult to sleep.

The Majestic was PERFECT for us. It exceeded my expectations which is tough to do. The Majestic unit at the chalet is very spacious. We had three couples and two singles that allowed everyone a bedroom of their own. Three people shared the connecting bathroom on either side upstairs. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom downstairs with adjoining office space and bathroom. The fireplaces put out a lot of heat that was nice in the early morning and late night hours. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted with plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, serving utensils, mixing bowls, pyrex dishes, multiple sizes of pots and skillets, an induction cooktop and double ovens. The commercial style sink made clean-up easy. No coffee, tea or filters so bring if you partake. It was nice to have room for all of us seated at the large dining table for our meals. We ate in for every meal as some of our group took advantage of night skiing at Brighton. Our family could easily fit in the great room with more than ample seating and blankets for all. Huge TV Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Some of them jumped in daily!! Watch the sun go down on this porch. Walk to the main Tickets and Rental was not too far, even with ski boots and equipment. Prob 400 yds but not uphill. Or, drive your car early to get a spot close to main lift area with equipment in it, then walk back in shoes. No charge for parking. Milly's lift was very close, which has some nice runs. Two skinny parking spots under cover and you could put two more in-line but not covered. Cleaning folks showed up right at 10am so no 'late checkout'
