Great location. Hotel was nice and clean.
I was overcharged for my stay. I approached desk clerk twice regarding the issue, and was made to feel like an idiot. Clerk denied that my card was overcharged, when I could clearly access my bank account and see that it was. A different staff member at check out was very helpful with responding to my concern, and issued a credit.
You’re also charged daily for parking.
With the pricey cost of the room, this hotel should serve breakfast.

I loved absolutely everything about this place. Super comfortable and safe! No complaints what so ever.
That they don’t offer housekeeping service during your stay but it’s understandable.

The hotel is extremely nice.
I booked a double queen with a pull out couch only to find out at check-in that no such room exists. The manager was very rude and told me I needed to take that up with booking.com because they advertised incorrectly.

Location
Courtyard room rates were higher than Booking Buddy invoice. We were charged $184 for three nights and $202 for one night, and should have been $179.06 for four nights. I’m assuming you will credit the difference to our card.

It was a good location with nice amenities.
The issue I had was that I booked through Booking.com and paid through PayPal credit and then found out after my stay that I was charged by the hotel on my credit card because they were not set up to take virtual credit card through Booking.com. I’m now having to dispute the the payment to Booking.com for the charge on my PayPal account. The other issue is that when I booked through Booking.com I was quoted 834.40 for the room with a balcony and a sofa bed. I was charged 879.40 by the hotel and did not have the sofa bed as described.
