Beautiful accommodation, stunning views and a quick walk down the hill to the town. Marion was a star on reception! She helped us with the parking challenges on arrival, dealt superbly with a disgruntled guest, managed our laundry requirements and was a joy to work with, she absolutely deserves a 10 as the standout staff member that made a difference to our stay!
Parking challenges, very poor wifi from room, dinner at the restaurant

Prachtige omgeving en hotel, interieur heel mooi! Heel lekker ontbijt, allemaal vers en locale producten. Restaurant ook subliem! Personeel enorm lief en vriendelijk!!
Alles was perfect :-)

The view/location is outstanding. Nicely decorated rooms. Rooms are soundproof, super quiet. Need to book a room with terrace. Located near downtown but not too close. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking available. Roomservice excellent.
The rooms are tiny, no proper bathroom. Parking only for small or midsized cars possible. Hospitality of staff can be improved, bit cold and distanced.

Location was beautiful
Rooms were a bit on the small side but still beautiful
4.5
Amazing location with fabulous views and incredible restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The village of Collioure is very close and there is plenty of choice of other restaurants near by.
If I was to be really picky whilst there is access to the sea from the hotel, its missing a beach access.
4.5
stylish design, friendly staff, the restaurant had great food!
would prefer breakfast to run a little later!
4.5
The location is spectacular, and the suite we had was spacious, smartly designed, and very clean. We had a large terrace.
The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and intellectual. The dinner was very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The parking (if not on the hotel's premises) higher up on the road is inconvenient.
4.5
The hotel is in the most beautiful location. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome.. The breakfast was amazing with lots of really wholesome things... everything was plentiful and very fresh.
The bed was very comfortable and it was lovely falling asleep at night to the sound of the sea
The coffee and tea making cups in the room were made of copper... you burned your fingers picking up the cup and then your lips trying to drink from it... it made us laugh actually..
The food in the restaurant was very nice but we couldnt have eaten our evening meal in the restaurant every night for a week fthrough lack of choice... it would benefit from a 'specials' board daily
4.5
The location was good, with a nice sea view and easy access to walk into Collioure, which is a nice town with many good restaurants and things to do. The staff were friendly, particularly Sammy in the breakfast room. Every one of the staff speaks English, for those who cannot speak French.
Car park - it was a nightmare to find on arrival, badly signposted for new visitors. Access is very difficult on a very busy road. Limited spaces and difficult to park your vehicle in small allocated spaces.
Bedroom - very little space for guests to actually place their personal belongings. They know this, and yet they do nothing about it. The hotel leaves out so many cook books and baskets displaying their own products.
Restaurant - very expensive for dinner (allow 140 euros for 2 persons, with one small drink each). Breakfast is also expensive at 18 euros pp, just not value for money. We were offered a poached egg, but each one was raw and inedible. The staff know this, but do nothing about it to improve the cooking method for guests.
Cleaning issues - mould was noticeable in the wash basin itself, which was not cleaned away all week. Hygiene issues with regard to cleaning the rooms. The staff know this, yet nothing is done about it.
Patio door - the door leading to the balcony was extremely difficult to move and very stiff, even after reporting it to reception. The hotel knows about this problem, yet nothing is done to improve it.

4.5
The location is incredible and the rooms really make the most of that - the 'wow' factor when you open the door and just see the blue sea is very powerful. Leave you bedroom patio door open a little at night and listen to the sound of the sea.
The restaurant is fabulous too, great food and service, and the breakfast was buffet style, with some lovely touches. And an incredible view of course!
The rooms are quite small but very well designed, with a comfortable bed and all amenities, so whilst you shouldn't expect palatial suites they are fresh, clean and modern with fantastic views.
4.5
The hotel is a nice boutique hotel, the rooms are small but adequate if you're only staying for a few nights. The breakfast was very limited for 16€ each
Its an up hill or steep steps walk back from Collioure centre so not for the elderly.
The staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming.
The size of the room and the limited breakfast choices
4.5
The staff were very attentive, the location was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The bedroom was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable.
The description said there was a coffee machine in the room, but it was just a kettle. This is a very minor thing.
4.5
Beautiful location, staff warm and friendly, breakfast fine, dinner fabulous, wine delicious.
4.5
location, facilities, the welcome tea/coffee, the room with the view
a little pricy for an off season stay
4.5
The view from ever part of this hotel is stunning. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
You can hear a few sounds from other rooms.
4.5
Extremely good breakfast. Perfect sea view, beautiful private access to the sea.
4.5
Beautiful small hotel literally right on the Mediterranean. Comfy bed, small but well designed room, and incredible restaurant. Breakfast is local meat, cheese, fruit, bread, yogurt, and a small egg dish. Perfect for our needs. Dinner at the restaurant was terrific- a small but well done menu with a tasting menu option. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to return!
Nothing.
4.5
Everything was perfect. The views were amazing.
Liked everything but would be really perfect if it had wifi in the room.
4.5
Location good. Breakfast disappointing
Staff not very friendly particularly at breakfast. Also in the restaurant one evening
4.5
Lovely views, stylish decor, attractive terraces and gardens.
Excellent breakfasts with particularly good staff in attendance.
Comfortable beds.
Not enough information given to guests, for example all the codes for doors and entrance (we got locked out), the wifi access and code, full explanation of how to park up the road, when the reception desk was open. You shouldn’t have to ask. Perhaps some detailed info in rooms?
Parking is awful. Very difficult to find a place and manœuvre.
Swimming only for the young and brave.
Small room for the price.
