Wrightsville Beach et Jetée Johnnie Mercer's Pier ne sont qu'à quelques minutes de marche, vous pouvez donc laisser votre véhicule à l'hébergement, qui offre un parking sur place.
Cette maison de vacances vous invite à buller au grand air avec un balcon et des barbecues. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite et lecteur DVD.
À votre arrivée dans cette location avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, vous trouverez également un salon, un canapé-lit et la climatisation. Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une cafetière, un micro-ondes et des ustensiles de cuisine. Inutile de vous encombrer de nombreuses tenues de rechange : vous aurez également une machine à laver et un sèche-linge à disposition.

Bryant did not deliver on customer care, service, communication nor maintenance. House not cleaned, nor inspected prior to occupancy. First item that stood out was nasty build-up in toliet plus uncleaned refrigerator.
After initial call for cleaning service, I was impressed with quick response 3 arrived and saw for themselves...they tried their best to clean a few areas before family arrived from Atlanta late Sat. When preparing dinner, we discovered dirty dishes/utensils in cabinets/drawers, and loaded the dishwasher to sanitize these. Sunday we realized it had not worked; my call ignored almost 2 days, no apologies offered, no paper products offered. My request to be present when maintenance arrived to fix dishwasher was ignored as well...was told my request had not been conveyed to him. Extremely concerning during Covid to have visibly dirty dishes in cabinets, dirty utensils, no working dishwasher to sanitize plus a very nasty toliet.
The next week I hand-delivered a letter to Bryant outlining these issues and how they affected our vacation. They refunded $100 on a $5000 rental, saying this covered cleaning cost for 3 b/3 bath house. Only then did anyone apologize for their lack of service, never acknowledging the house had not been cleaned nor inspected, although their cleaning crew saw this for themselves on the late Saturday call. Tired crew had cleaned 9 houses that day and indicated this was their 3rd "call-back." I only ask them to clean the most noticeable problems.
I can recommend the property but not the management.
Having managed properties myself and retired from a career of customer service, I know personally how to work with customers and manager a property with positive results. Taking responsibility for existing problems and proper compensation offered goes a very long way in managing unfavorable conditions resulting from poor management.
