We had a wonderful stay. The house was incredibly clean something we were very happy about. The game room was amazing! We didn’t realize we were on a golf course so we were able to do some amazing photos. The house was just perfect. We even saw a bear…which made me scared so I didn’t get in the hot tub much at night. I wish there was one on the 2nd floor. The house really was amazing. Great host and quick to reply!

We booked Jeff's cabin for us and our wedding party to stay at as well as hold our mini elopement ceremony and reception there with 25ppl and it was the perfect place. The listing is spot on what it says it is and so much more. It's a beautiful house with amazing views. Great communication, friendly, clean and probably the best property I've ever rented honestly! Shout out to Josiah one of the maintenance guys. He came and blew off all the leaves before our big day, helped us get one of the arcade games going and even took us down the street to show us where a couple bears were eating because I hadn't seen one yet. Went above and beyond. I could literally go on and on about how wonderful this place is.

My husband and I stayed here with our family for our wedding. Jeff and Olenia were kind enough to allow us to hold our reception at the cabin. It ended up being the perfect backdrop and place to meld our 2 families together as one! We hope to come back one day!

We have stayed in many vacation homes and this was our favorite! The views were awesome and the home itself had many things we enjoyed. From watching sports and having s’mores around the covered fire pit to the unbelievable game room. The views from the deck were truly spectacular. The hosts of the property was also attentive, responsive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our family had a great vacation and we hope to come back again soon.

Had the best week at this beautiful and spacious cabin. Outdoor decks were perfect for our group and game room was a hit with everyone. Had a teenaged bear visit us several times as well. Owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. All around a top notch rental.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many!! The hosts were phenomenal, yet we had zero issues with the house! Bear spottings every day and a very well stocked kitchen. They thought of everything. We felt so comfortable here; it felt like we were staying at a relatives home. While we like to try new places each trip; I honestly think I’d come back to the Smoky mountains again just to stay at this house. Oh and did I mention the views?!!! They were out of this world!! Stop looking at other properties and just stay here!

Can’t say enough about this vacation home. Fifteen family members, 2-72, had the times of our lives. More than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining space for everyone and outdoor space with dining, hot tub, and views from sunup to sundown - including curious bears to greet us. It was a once in a lifetime trip for us. The manager was so good about checking in with us and responsive when we needed something. The best part for 8 children was the game room - entertainment for all, but also gave adults time to visit while they played.

We have rented house every year for the last 10 years our family vacation. This is the best house we have rented. Very roomy, game room is awesome, deck is huge and amazing, lots of TVs and a movie theater, plenty of seating at tables and living room. The views are amazing and saw several bears. Made for a great week for our family of sixteen.

The house was just as advertised. It was perfect for our family of 16. The kids loved the game room, the adults loved the hot tub and gorgeous view. There was plenty of room and very well maintained. The owner is nearby and very receptive to any questions and even text us when the neighborhood bears were nearby so we could all see them. No complaints at all which was so appreciated. We all had an amazing time in Gatlinburg. Your place was accommodating for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the game room. The deck was awesome for family games and eating as a family, and admiring the views. We had family pictures taken in the back yard. We visited Annakesta, Dollywood. Wow! This was certainly a wonderful family time in this beautiful home! The game room was such a treat for the younger ones and older ones too. Plenty of room for all of us. The decor was exquisite and so very comfortable and inviting! Our whole family wants to come again! The only thing we missed was seeing a bear😉 If you get a chance to stay in this lovely home, you certainly won’t be disappointed. Great hosts. Very accommodating and friendly!! Seeing black bears four of the six nights at the owner's nearby cabin, and one evening at 4 Seasons, was one of the many highlights of our stay at 4 Seasons. We visited Gatlinburg to celebrate our retirement with our kids and grandkids after a combined 75 years of working. The views in the pictures was the main reason we picked this cabin, and we were not disappointed; the views are absolutely amazing. Every inch of this cabin was utilized during our stay (game room, community pool, hot tub, fire pit, deck, grills, smoker, theater room, kitchen, ample seating). The adults had more fun in the game room than our grandkids with shuffleboard tournaments, etc. The cabin was close enough to all the main attractions but far enough to enjoy the peaceful nights. The beds were comfortable and amenities were perfect for our stay with 10 adults and 4 grandkids ages 9 and under. Every family member stated this vacation and 4 Seasons was fantastic. We would highly recommend to stay at this cabin. Thank you to the owners for providing us the opportunity to stay at 4 Seasons to enjoy the scenic views and sounds of nature in Gatlinburg!

Our family (three generations) stayed here for five days recently. The house was ideal for our group, with large gathering spaces and something for everyone! The deck was awesome, as was the game room and living room with four leather sofas. The home theatre was very cool. The view of the mountains from the house was gorgeous. Highly recommend for a family with kids ages 5-15. Thank you for sharing this special property with others.

Four Seasons Lodge is a fantastic rental house outside Gatlinburg. We had 13 in our group, including four little ones and 3 teens, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The kids loved the decked out game room and the theater room. It was early March, so a bit nippy and a few days rain, so instead of s'mores outdoors, we enjoyed a fire at one of the indoor fireplaces (there's 2). Plenty of room for the 13 of us, and the kids loved playing hide and seek. We cooked every day, as well as ate some meals at restaurants (Mama's Chicken is very good). We really appreciate the full kitchen and outdoor gas grilles. We were actually quite pleasantly surprised at how stocked the place was compared to previous rentals we've stayed at - coffee and hot cocoa available for the keurig, microwave popcorn, and we even saw some individual otc pain relivers in a cabinet in the laundry room on our last day which was a very thoughtful nice touch. A lot of the comforts of this rental really do make it feel like a home.

Everything you could need in the cabin . Everyone loved it. Every thing you could think you needed was there. . The best stay ever.

The house is lovely and well equipped to handle a large party. The biggest surprise was how comfortable the beds were!

Our group of 6 Adults and 8 Children loved the amenities at this cabin. We have been coming to the Gatlinburg area for the last 4 years as a group and this is by far our favorite cabin we have stayed at so far. The game room was amazing and we have found a new love for Shuffleboard. The porch was spacious and overlooked a beautiful unobstructed view of the Smokies. The property manager was very attentive and accommodating. The wood burning fire place inside was a plus too! Not many cabins we have stayed at have this luxury. We will definitely stay here again and have already talked about narrowing down our dates for next years trip!

Absolutely amazing. If your looking to book in this area you will not be disappointed. Its close to everything. The drive is not bad at all. We had a Nissan Maxima. No issues. Cabin has everything you need to entertain. I loved the racing game. My wife loved guitar hero. Our two year old had a blast everywhere lol. The baby gate was nice at the top of stairs. Just amazing. I could go on and on. Thank you guys for letting us visit your home. Hope to be able to book next Jan for anniversary.

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The hosts were wonderful communicators and the home was clean and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the large table and the game room that accommodated our whole family. The location and views were amazing as well as the tech that overlooked everything. We will definitely be staying there again !

The 4 Seasons Lodge was the perfect place for our Christmas getaway. My husband and I fell in love with the Great Smoky Mountains and surrounding towns and wanted our children and grandchildren to experience them too . So for Christmas this year we decided to gift them with a trip to Gatlinburg. There are 16 of us all together and this cabin fit every need for us to stay in one place. The kitchen had plenty of room for all of us to eat together, a bedroom for each family and plenty of bathrooms. The game room, theater room and deck provided plenty of entertainment. So much so that we spent more time at the cabin then out and about. The host was great and the whole trip was more than we expected. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

We met my family here and it was the first time we had seen each other in years. This place was so inviting and nice that we skipped some of the things we wanted to do just to stay at the house. We received a call from the host to come and look at the bears, the kids loved this. This place was so nice that I proposed to my girlfriend early, I couldn’t pass up the views or the inviting atmosphere. If you are in the fence about booking this place, book it, it’s well worth it. You will love it, your whole party will love it as it has something for everyone.

The description and photos of this listing are spot-on but the experience far exceeded our expectations! Our family enjoyed every minute of our time spent there. It was hard to convince anyone to leave to go see the sights! The hosts have thought of every detail to make this your best vacation experience ever! We had a lovely stay at Four Seasons Lodge this past week (Thanksgiving 2022). The whole process was seemless, from booking to checking in and checking out. We had 9 adults and two kiddos and had plenty of room and lots to keep us all occupied. From sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the mountains (sunrise and sunset were particularly beautiful) to playing in the game room or sitting around the large dining table playing cards well into the evening. This past year was particularly hard for our family and it was wonderful to be able to get together, connect and enjoy our time in the Smokies! This cabin was well appointed, plenty of bathrooms and clean. One thing to consider for accessibility is that most of thr bedrooms are on the bottom floor, downstairs. It's kind of like a split level, for lack of better explanation. The theater room is also downstairs. There is a beautiful and well equipped Master upstairs with an ensuite betthroom. Our Gran was traveling with us and can no longer navigate stairs. She stayed upstairs and She was still able to spend quality time with all of despite having to stay on the main level. The drive up to the cabin wasn't the worst I've experienced, but it is a little treacherous. There is ample parking though and the "scary" part of the drive is short. I really appreciated the mirrors at the end of the driveway. There is ample parking...we had four large vehicles and had plenty of roo. To maneuver. Finally, we also enjoyed the fireplaces bath inside and out as well as the smoker. Smoked turkey for Thanksgiving was a special treat! And...we saw a bear! He came down to eat berries off the trees. We were able to get some great pictures from the safety of our cabin, it was Great! Stay here, you won't be disappointed!!

We had so much fun. The boys played in the game room like it was their own hang out.They wanted a bigger swimming pool aka a hot tub😁 It definitely needs a permanent baby gate at the top.of the stairs.we brought 2 portable ones for our 2 year old grand daughter,but was always checking it to make sure it had been locked back. Needed a couple of new non stick large skillets also. Olena was a perfect hostess and brought us extra towels when needed. Great place to stay.

We had our wedding and reception here recently and it was gorgeous. We had the ceremony on the deck with the mountain view behind us and it was perfect. The cabin was so homey and had plenty of room for our guests. Very accommodating and we loved the deck firepit. I could hardly keep the kids out of the game room so there's definitely fun for the whole family here. A bear even showed up on our wedding day and sat in the driveway as we were taking wedding photos. We have very fond memories of this cabin that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a cabin mountain wedding, this is the place for you!
